Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in St Johns

The flat was perfect for our short stay in London- clean and tidy with everything we needed. It was on a quiet street and near a station which was very convenient. Alice was great at communicating with me in the run up to our stay, so everything was very easy.

The location is great! Bus stop and tube station at walking distance. Tower Bridge and other attractions are also a short walk away. The studio had everything one would need for the stay.

Olivia’s place in Greenwich is one of the best Airbnb properties I’ve stayed in while visiting London. With convenient access to central London via the DLR, and plenty to explore locally, the location is ideal. The flat itself is bright and airy, set within a converted Grade II listed mill inside a gated courtyard — you feel safe and at home the moment you arrive.

Excellent location for O2 events and site seeing in London. The location was not busy, quiet day and night, with a light city buzz of traffic and trains in the background. It felt very safe and secure. Flat was clean, tidy, and everything you'd expect it to be and more. Hosts were lovely and very accomadating. If you are driving in there is a bonus of free secure parking nearby, so do check with the host for availability before booking your own. Plenty of transport options also, DLR (Royal Victoria), Underground (Canning Town), IFS Cable Car over Thames, and Uber Clipper boats. If you do need to be other side of river e.g. O2, getting an Uber Clipper Boat, North Greenwich underground, would recommend the Cable Car there is 10 one-way journeys for £17 per person. If you're looking for a few nights in London, I would definitely recommend this.

I had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s place. The apartment is perfectly located close to Surrey Quays and Canada Water, perfectly equipped with anything you might need. Special mention to the practical desk area and wonderful views of London from living room, balcony and bedroom. I can only recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay and would definitely be considering for a future stay in London 👍

Olivia went truly above and beyond to ensure our stay went perfectly. The house itself is stunning, beautiful designed and clean throughout. It felt really homely as well, which meant we felt relaxed the moment we walked through the door. The location is great, very close to local bars restaurants and shops, as well as being a 5min walk from the station and many bus stops going into central London. Communications were perfect, easy to follow house rules and a super responsive host. Last but certainly not least, Mia the cat is an absolute sweetheart. Very uncomplicated to look after and the reward we got was lots of purrs (from lots of head scratches). Liv, thank you again for your kindness and generosity for letting us stay, all the best to you and your family! If we ever have friends or family in the area looking for somewhere to stay, we will point them in your direction! It's probably the best place we've ever stayed, for a very special weekend. Petite maison typique dans un quartier calme. Le logement est en dehors du centre ville ce qui explique le prix intéressant mais reste très facilement accessible en 20 min via les nombreux trains ou les DLR. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le chat Nissim est super facile à soigner :-). Yoni est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes pour que tout se passe au mieux. Je recommande vivement cet endroit!

Claire en Monty zijn zeer attente hosts, die goed communiceren en snel reageren op vragen/opmerkingen. In de woning is alles aanwezig om zelf te kunnen koken. Helaas hebben we door het regenachtige weer geen gebruik kunnen maken van de tuin. De Hidealoo wc's zijn praktisch en wennen snel; wel jammer dat je na het douchen de hele doucheruimte meteen moet droogmaken. Er zijn volop bussen in de omgeving naar alle kanten van de stad en 2 treinstations op loopafstand. Ook op loopafstand een supermarkt en diverse winkel(tjes). Zoals een taxichauffeur die al 43 jaar in Peckham woont ons zei: hier zie je het echte London met mooie en ook wat minder mooie kanten. Al met al zeker een aanrader!

Très beau logement, propre, pratique et fonctionnel. Laura nous a laissé des instructions claires et précises. Elle a constamment communiquer avec nous pour s’assurer de notre bien être et de notre confort. Il s’agit d’un quartier résidentiel ouvrier. Donc beaucoup d’enfants, beaucoup de va et viens mais le quartier redevient très calme dès l’heure du coucher 😊 Je recommande sans hésiter. Merci Laura

We loved this location. We walked each am through Hillyfields Park. Our family enjoyed the trip and the location was very close to where our extended family lives. Easy access to Brockley Station and Ladywell. Very easy access by train to Central London. Grocery store (Co-op) and restaurants near by. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay for family vacation. Enjoyed our stay and will visit again during my next visit. Host Ahmed was so friendly and responsive.

Everything we needed, 20 minutes on the bus to the O2 which was one of the main reasons for our visit. Located on a very peaceful street, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. House well equipped and comfortable. Perfect, thank you.

This is a lovely home, restored beautifully and very well loved and taken care of. There is so much beauty inside. Our family enjoyed the space, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids felt right at home and really enjoyed the foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped and two washing machines was an added bonus for us. The location is walkable to trains that can take you down to the heart of central London. We enjoyed the quiet respite of a home outside of the bustling city after our long days sightseeing. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

My parents really enjoyed staying in such a wonderful apartment during their visit. The apartment is bright and welcoming for them. The communication was always super clear and helpful, thank you!

This was a perfect place for my fiancée and I to spend a few days exploring London. We took a ~15 minute walk to the New Cross Gate station every day and took a ~1hr train into the center of the city—if you are like us, the public transportation was so comprehensive and efficient that it was a fun way to start every morning. This spot was a great way to experience a quieter part of the city with less tourism that’s still safe and fun. It was easy to find, quiet, clean, and a very pleasant space. Our host was polite, helpful and responsive. When we return to the city we will absolutely be booking again!

Tara and Milo were incredibly nice and super quick to respond to help. A major highlight was Oliver, one of the sweetest cats I've ever met – he truly made the stay even more special. The location was ideal, offering a stay away from central London while still providing great cafes, restaurants, and parks nearby to visit and easy train access to the city.

We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. It had beautiful views and was in the perfect location outside of the busy city but steps from the closest train station. It was very clean and Janet had wonderful suggestions for us to eat/shop. She even left treats for us to snack on while we stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

We were really pleased with our stay at Tom's place. We visited London with our baby so it was important that we had somewhere comfortable to spend the evenings, and his apartment didn't disappoint. Tom was proactive and helpful, and when we encountered a small issue with the cot mattress being missing, he was right on it and supplied another in time for bedtime. Thanks for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
