Far away home… great place to stay, great location at PJ, nice host.

I would recommend to all the travelers with family or company purposes.

Overall a great stay. A bit on the expensive side for what it is. But quality is there. Pros: - very clean overall (apart from small amounts of dust inside the drawers) - wifi works well, no issues - amazing view that is peaceful and dynamic at the same time - neighbor's cat came to visit me on the balcony, a very cute cat - bed is comfy, 4 pillows provided - plates/cups/glasses/knives/cutlery is fine - tv+youtube - Panasonic vertical fan Cons: - bad frying pans, unusable - some small noise from the highway (to be expected), not disturbing much - no washing machine - this may be an issue for some. although there are multiple laundry shops and laundromats available in the vicinity - bathroom has a few issues: the shower pressure is on the lower side, water somehow goes out on the floor when you use the sink (in the shower area), towel rack is cracked/broken, window handle also broke - ac blows directly to the bed by default, but you can adjust it by using the remote

Ruben was an amazing host. extremely responsive and immediately acted on anything we raised. knowledgeable about the property and everything in it. I really cannot fault him as a host. Lumi is great, integrated living at it's finest. the apparetment is modern and has almost everything you need for a comfortable long term stay.

The unit is superb—spotlessly clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and the location was super convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always quick to reply and helpful with any questions we had. It really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Hazel place is awesome to stay in and she even left us with some water and snacks. She communicated quick and gave us suggestions and also with help with regard to her apartment. It was clean and with enough amenities, you need to bring your own toothbrush and maybe your preferred facial wash. Apartment is safe to stay and even when you drive it is in a safe location. As for exploring the area don’t need to drive just Grab so it was easy move around. Thanks Hazel we again would stay here again when we visit PJ area.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. We will definitely return again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

This apartment was perfect for a long stay. The location is great as it is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and is attached to the Publika mall which has a big grocery store. The apartment itself was very comfortable, and the building has a small gym that I was able to use. Ehsan as a host was very communicative and responsive. He answered all questions I had quickly, and when the wifi wasn't working he had it fixed within a few hours and also offered to set up a free apartment cleaning to make up for it (which was helpful since I was there 3 weeks). The downside is that this place is far from most of the tourist attractions so if you want a place that's walkable to all the tourist places, or to use public transport, then it's best to stay more central. But if you're there a long time, or don't mind using Grab everywhere (which is relatively cheap compared to other countries), then, like me, you won't mind the distance.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description (and in fact even better!) — spacious, modern, impeccably clean and incredibly cozy. But the main thing is, of course, the stunning view of the Petronas towers. Every morning began with a cup of coffee by the window, and I still remember these moments with delight. It is especially beautiful at night, when the towers sparkle with lights - like in the movies! The location is excellent: everything is nearby — shopping malls, cafes, metro. The building itself is very well-maintained, with security, fast elevators and a cool swimming pool with panoramic city views. The host is great! Very responsive, always available, gave useful tips. There was a real feeling of concern for guests. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable and memorable accommodation in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Will definitely be back!

Kok was really respectful and gentleman I honestly would give it a 10 out of 10. Great instruction excellent communication clear instruction clean place. If I ever come back to Malaysia, I would definitely stay on that place again.

Loved the apartment! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and even a washing machine. Waking up to sights of the Petronas Twin Towers, easy to hit town from the apartment location. The only issue I had was not with the unit but the EV charger. It is situated in the basement where phone connection was really poor. Chargesini tried to provide a wifi service but even then the connection was horrid. Loved the unit and will definitely book again if I'm ever back in KL for a holiday but advise is to get the EV charged elsewhere rather than at the apartment.

We loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and well kept. Easy to find and easy to self check in. The location is a little bit out of the centre, which we always look for. But it’s easy to get a grab or a train into the centre. The trains are air conned so we loved being on them. There are plenty of great restaurants near by and street food places within walking distance. The view at night from the apartment and the pool is the highlight. Recommend a night time swim with the lit up skyline. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return the KL. Thank you.

This unit is perfect for a family of six! Private parking is available for those arriving by car. Check-in was easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host. The unit is situated on top of a shopping mall, which is a great advantage for us! There’s even a 24/7 grocery store where we can buy essentials. The hosts, Justin and Howard, are wonderful, hospitable and very friendly! We will definitely choose this place again!
