Jörg is a friendly and helpful host. The modern apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is everything you need. The house is quietly located in a side street ... very close to nature. In the beautiful well-kept garden you have a cozy place to have breakfast or simply enjoy nature. We liked it very much, we will certainly come back.

We (a group of four cyclists) had a great time in Hattingen, were on the bikes a lot and explored the Ruhr area and experienced a lot of nice moments. You can experience a lot culturally, and the Ruhr area is also very scenic and varied. The apartment was as described, the location is quiet and the contact with Wolfgang went absolutely smoothly. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

The contact with Susanne was very nice and straightforward. I had to rebook several times, both the date and the number of people, but that was no problem at all. The garden is great and like a little oasis in the city, right on the Wupper. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, cozy and comfortable. It is also quiet and spacious. It has everything you need. We parked right outside the door, but the cable car stop is also within walking distance. There is a REWE around the corner, which is open until midnight, which was also very convenient. Overall, we felt very comfortable!

This city and this neighborhood are gorgeous as far as I am concerned as a tourist. My landlords have kept a cozy and nicely updated unit, and the backyard is lush green full of fruit trees and flowers. A friendly cat seems to be always there to give you a warm and loving welcome, regardless of who you are. Access to a bus line is within 2 minutes walking, and if you like me love outdoors, there are many walking paths north of this location. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and will definitely come back if I am lucky enough to be able to visit this city one more time. Grocery stores and upscale restaurants are located nearby, and the nice weather of this city allowed me to walk to them. Christian, I sincerely thank you for your hospitality.

Cornelia and family were perfect hosts and very helpful. The place was well organized, clean and very quiet and serene. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay at home feeling with peaceful and relaxing environment

We had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and clean. Gabrielle was very helpful; the location was great and being close to the park was close by and it was a great place for children. I would highly recommend it.

Nice little apartment surrounded by greenery. Very nicely decorated, super clean. We were provided with snacks and drinks. Very comfortable box spring bed, we slept wonderfully, you can really only hear nature (birds, raindrops), so wonderfully quiet. Nice starting point for activities in Essen and surroundings.

Perfect in every way. Thomas was an incredibly hospitable, kind, and helpful host and made us feel so welcome from the very first moment. The place itself was perfectly clean, extremely comfortable, and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well supplied, the WiFi fast, comfortable bed, very nice TV, great bathroom and washing machine for clothes, and it was overall just a completely ideal space for our extended stay. The location is also perfect and only about a 15 minute walk from multiple grocery stores like Aldi and Rewe. Public transport from this location was also incredible and it was easy to cheaply get to cities like Cologne/Düsseldorf for nice day trips. If we are ever visiting North Rhine-Westphalia again in the future we will certainly be wanting to stay here again. Out of over 40+ Airbnbs we have stayed in, this is one of our top 3 favorites, easy. 5/5 in every category.

There were two of us in this fantastic penthouse for three days and we were totally thrilled. The apartment is modern, well-equipped and offers real luxury with sauna and jacuzzi. Great place to stay. We felt comfortable right away. There is a lot of attention to detail here and as soon as you enter the apartment, you enter the relaxation mode. Everything you could ever need is there and also the contact with Christina and Christian was great. We will be happy to come back. :)

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully designed and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy, the lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. My mother and I have certainly rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and the comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. Good pressure in the shower also pleased. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with a fully equipped kitchen so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past, half a day was spent washing dishes - this is not an option for those who intend to cook food themselves. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezer was found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by the evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The hot tub is a real hit, everything is lovingly decorated and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is great! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Just everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transportation is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And you also have shopping nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.

The stay with Vitali was very pleasant. The place was clean, cozy and quiet. There is everything you need and you could reach Vitali quickly and easily, for example, if you wanted to use the sauna or the pool or had other questions. I was able to take my dog with me without any problems and I could have brought my cats as well, which was extremely friendly. There are beautiful meadows and great reservoirs in the area, which allowed us to enjoy the time very much. We'd love to come back. ☺️
