Just 4 minutes from East Hampton and 8 minutes from Sag Harbor, enjoy the towns as well as the nearby beaches. In order to comfortably accommodate your party, we have a 4 adult 2 children limit.

There are two other cottages that are two bedrooms each on property as well. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.
