Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Springs

This beautiful home did not disappoint! There was lots of space for our group of 7 ladies to eat meals together, sit outside for coffee, play games and sleep in the comfortable beds. Lots of amenities including utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, towels, etc. We walked to beach and it was a quick drive to town. We are already planning our next year’s visit! Thanks for being super responsive Adam!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The proximity to Carissa’s was perfect for a daily coffee run. And the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and spacious for cooking all of our other meals. The house feels even bigger than it looks in photos with lots of room for a group to gather, eat, and hang out. Benn was super easy to communicate with throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend!

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

My friends & I booked this for a girls weekend and we had an incredible stay. We could not have dreamed up a better place. Everything was perfect and as described. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Brandon’s Airbnb in the Hamptons! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. Every detail—from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen—was thoughtfully prepared to make us feel right at home. The outdoor space was a true highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for enjoying the Hamptons vibe. Whether we were sipping coffee on the patio in the morning it felt like our own little slice of paradise. Brandon was a phenomenal host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and offered great local tips that made our trip even more special. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly, highly recommend this gem of a stay!

We arrived to an absolutely spotless and welcoming cottage. Both Lucie & Chris responded immediately to any message/email and per their recommendation we enjoyed a fabulous meal at Il Buco Al Mare (cocktails & dinner), tasty fish taco lunch at Bostwick’s Chowder House and fantastic pastries & coffee for breakfast at Carissa’s Bakery. Ocelot cottage was well positioned for exploring the island (this was our 1st time) and we so enjoyed our sunrise & sunset beach walks on Indian Wells beach (also recommended)! 5 stars for absolutely everything except the cost of our 2 night stay - $1,231.23 we thought a bit pricey compared to other 4-star hotels we stayed at on Shelter Island and NYC.

Upon arriving we were taken with the location, beautiful and ample plantings and attention to detail like a bottle of wine and a variety of snacks to welcome us. The hosts were gracious, warm, gave us privacy, and great tips on where to eat. Cowfish in Hampton Bays is not to be missed. A large and private hot tub, comfortable lounges, and outdoor shower are just some of the amenities. A fire pit with water views was a great spot to unwind at night. The hosts gave us kindling and a lighter, and were very responsive with other asks and recommendations. It’s a great location with ease of access for both the North and South Fork. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Really cute and clean place, so happy we stayed here! It was perfect little place for a getaway to relax, even in the winter months. Everything inside was up to date and it had everything we needed. It even looked better in real life than the photos. Highly recommend!

Paris is a wonderful host. His property and cottage is a perfect retreat for two. Charming accommodations with a beautiful view and an easy walk to town. We’ll be back soon! Angelo C.

We had a great stay! This was our first time in the Hamptons and the space was welcoming, well located to the beach, and a nice place to chill with a beautiful garden. Check in was smooth and all instructions were clear.

Had a great night in this AirBNB. It was just what we needed for a quick stay. The bathroom was great including the shower. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t make much use of the kitchenette but it had the basics. Some pots and pans would have been helpful or microwaveable cups (I wanted to boil water for tea). The host was communicative and even gave us some recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional home that exceeded all my expectations. The house was clean and well-kept. It felt like stepping into a brand new space. The backyard is a standout feature, offering a fantastic oasis for families. The pool is perfect for kids, Additionally, there's a well-equipped playground that kept the little ones entertained, along with a variety of toys that made it feel like a true home away from home. The office space was a welcomed surprise. It features a comfortable desk and ample natural light Overall, this house is a gem, perfectly blending comfort, fun, and functionality. Tony’s place was wonderful. Looks just like the pictures and was a great time for our time away. The place was clean and Tony was also very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend Tony as a host!

We hosted a family gathering and this house was absolutely perfect. It was stunning! Lots of curiosities in the house. Had a grand piano that we could use for entertainment. The place was clean, pool was well situated, beautiful balcony for meeting up with friends and family. We booked it for Yale graduation weekend and no hotel in the area could match the experience we had.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Jenna’s over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was even better than the pictures, if that’s possible. Very clean, and beautifully presentable. Everything was clean and ready for us, and Jenna had genuinely everything we could have possibly needed. Jenna was extremely communicative even leading up to our stay. Hope to stay again sometime soon!
