Vacation rentals with a patio in Spring Hill

Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

The Ruby Gem on Yaricel listing was great l. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed it so much I decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. Yaricel was a great host. She made everything about my stay comfortable, from accommodating my early checkin, to her helpful attentiveness, quick response time and her willingness to assist in helping me properly extend my stay when I was unsure of the process. Overall I had a 5 star stay and I highly recommend Yaricel's listing when looking for a quality place to stay while visiting Lakeland. I look forward to staying again.

Full disclosure, I did not stay at his unit as ended up in another spot with friends. Awesome communication and great pricing!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

A quiet, clean location that is walkable to Sprouts grocery store, a cool coffee shop, the Riverwalk, and delicious restaurants! We would stay here again!

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

My husband and I loved Efrain’s place . It was very close to our son’s home which made it wonderful. The place was very clean , close to restaurants, very comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely try to book his place again.

We stayed almost a week and the place was perfect for our needs. We would enjoy the beaches in the morning and then relax by the poolside. Communication was prompt and our requests were handled very quickly. Highly recommended and We will definitely be back next time.

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

Davis’s place was welcoming, super clean, and convenient. The backyard had a putting green, tiki bar, and fire pit, just wish we’d had the time to take advantage of those amenities. We hope to be able to return to the area again and if so, will check to see if this property is available to stay at again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Alison is a great host! Fabulous communication and excellent place. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and swimming in the pool most. The bed and couch bed were comfortable. We also liked the modern lock - much better than a key! Thank you Alison!

Matt’s place is beautiful … it is exactly as pictured… his place was clean well equipped and easy to enter… the pool and jacuzzi was perfect early mornings before we went out!… the view is everything, and was such a wonderful thing to wake up to everyday… Matt’s place had everything you’ll need to cook.. it was a total 5 stars if i could i wld gv it 6!!!

The Millers always go above and beyond. I would give them 5+++stars and can not wait to return soon.

The bnb was in the perfect location close to restaurants and shops as well as stocked with beach chairs, a cooler and more to complete our beach experience. Scott was super accommodating to our travel needs! Highly recommend and will be back!
