Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Spring Hill

​Alcyone is brilliantly located with plenty of dining options right downstairs or within walking distance, making every meal out an easy choice. The proximity to shops is a big plus, providing convenience for all your needs. The highlight, however, was the scenic walk along the Brisbane River, which was both relaxing and beautiful. Additionally, being close to the Eat Street Markets was a fantastic bonus, offering a vibrant food scene and cultural experience just a short distance away. While the view from our room was somewhat obscured by adjacent buildings, it didn't detract much from the overall experience. If you're looking for an unobstructed river view, you might find this slightly disappointing, but the location more than makes up for it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The addition of a separate office space was particularly appreciated, providing a quiet nook for work or relaxation away from the main sleeping area.

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights in Nicole’s apartment. It was quite comfortable for our short stay. We appreciated the high quality bed, bedding and towels, the well-stocked kitchen which enabled us to eat in, and the excellent washer/dryer. There were little extras which added a note of positivity to our stay including coffee/tea supplies, condiments and spices, and laundry detergent. Although there is a small gym in the building, there is an excellent Anytime Fitness just down the street. The location was also terrific because it is near Coles Supermarket at the Soda Factory, Woolworths and Harris Farm Market at West End, and only a 20-minute walk to City Hall. One thing to note: there is limited storage for clothing - only a portion of a closest and no drawers or shelves. Despite this, we highly recommend this Airbnb.

Excellent location, there are a few places to eat within easy walking distance, it is located well to get into the cityby for our Uber. Very comfortable apartment offering gorgeous views. would recommend

Amazing place, I stayed there for one night. I would’ve booked a longer stay if I could have. The place was definitely enjoyable. If I end up needing an air BnB near the area I would 100% book to stay there again.

Ja-Ja's place was central and located in a really interesting neighborhood. We walked to the South Bank for dinner each night, visited the Queensland Contemporary Art Museum and walked to the Botanic Gardens. The place itself was lovely and a nice oasis. There is a lovely rooftop garden - but we were so busy we couldn't take advantage of it!

Janine was so wonderful! We shared that we were bringing our 1 year old daughter and she even had age appropriate toys in the room for us and talked us through family friendly activities. The location is great for lots of quick food options, the grocery store and the public transport. Great place!

We stayed at Edward’s place for 9 nights when first arriving in Australia. The location is perfect, close to great restraunts and bars. The apartment block was great we loved it. Would definitely recommend this place. It had everything we needed and we loved the special layout. Perfect for couples.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment - location was very central but also quiet. It was so easy to get around the city. The pool and gym was an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a perfect spot in central Brisbane!

Great place and location

This apartment was perfect for our needs. We were a groups of friends from regional QLD going on a cruise the following day. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was so convenient and the big table was great to have outside as we all had dinner together. thank you

Lovely apartment in a great location!

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

We absolutely loved this apartment!! It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The sunset views from the windows were beautiful and we found the beds super comfy and the sheets incredibly soft!! The location is great in a very buzzy area and a very quick walk to lots of nice eateries. Also not far at all from the main shopping area by foot. Penny was an absolutely fantastic host, and the flexible self check-in worked perfectly for us. She was also very accommodating for a slightly late check-out and was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend 100% and we would love to come back again! Thank you so much Penny!

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful home especially for families. The children are in heaven with a lovely playroom and a safe garden with play equipment. The adults are well catered for too with a lovely bathroom plus ensuite a large living area and a very up to date well equipped kitchen. A marvellous base with easy access to surrounding areas

This place was lovely and clean. Being on a very busy road ment quiet a bit of road noise late into the night and starting early in the morning. The location was great with Woolworths across the road and a few other shops and takeaway places.

Big house with lots of different areas to relax in. It was a comfortable place to stay and the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. It’s on a hill so there were beautiful sunset views every night and there is lots of parkland nearby for walks or bike rides.
