Apartment in a family house by the dam

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

Maršovská cottage

A beautiful cottage that is our dream come true, which we are happy to share with you. The cottage built in 1919 is after a complete extensive renovation (2023) that made the property an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, family-run, and comfortable environment, from which you and our family will want to come home. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Giant Mountains National Park - the cottage surrounds from two sides of the forest.

A small, cozy house that provides a host with enough seclusion by setting up our gardens instead, before we are home to us. Layout: Entrance hallway with bathroom and toilet, bedroom with double bed, dining table, 2 zidles and TV. Dale can use the garden gazebo with a fireplace, barbecue, and seating area. Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Golden View Villa - Great place for vacations

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.

Our very comfy and well designed apartment is located in a newly finished property made up to high standards. Apartment is located on the third upper floor with no elevator, pls. Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.
