Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Spigno Saturnia

Annalisa‘s place was absolutely incredible. It is very conveniently located. The Private garden is full of lemons and oranges. It’s a perfect place to have a glass of wine. She is a wonderful host. The place is very comfy and cozy.

Our family of 6 truly enjoyed Lorenzo’s beautiful apartment. It was easy to reach by train and walkable to so many restaurants. All of the beds were very comfortable. The double doors blocked almost all of the noise from the busy street. There was lots of storage for our clothes and there were 2 washers and 2 dryers which we used and appreciated. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Great location, Comfortable space including amazing city view from dedicated roof space, Rose provided lightning fast response. Overall great experience and recommend. Only caution is walk up steps in historic building which can be tiring for 60+.

Luigi & Elena’s place exceeded our expectations. Check-in was very flexible due to flight issues but Luigi was very easy to communicate with. Once we got there, Luigi hand delivered our keys and showed us all the in’s and out’s of the apartment, super helpful. The apartment itself was very clean, well stocked, and well decorated. They even had a bottle of wine and some treats waiting for us! Can’t forget the unbelievable view from the penthouse. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It is rare to find such a great host. I cannot be more thankful for all the support and kind welcome we received from Mario. Absolutely incredible as an experience, plus the place is wonderful, in the center of Caserta, maybe the best area you could ever find

A clean and practical apartment in a lively authentic neighbourhood. 5 minutes walking to Archeological Museum. Many small shops nearby (fish shop, butcher, salumeria, fruit stands), many restaurants. Two bathrooms were great. The kitchen was good to make a coffee and to serve some antipasti. In Italy, you usually don’t cook by yourself when on vacation. The beds were good. Stefano gave us loads of information and instructions. He was constantly in touch. Thank you Stefano! We had a lovely vacation.

Host was extremely good and responsive. The property is awesome. Very convenient. Very well Maintained property and clean. Overall I would recommend this property if you would like to stay in Naples.

Maria was a fantastic, friendly, and responsive host. She offered to have us meet her at the accomodation when our train arrived so she could show us around the apartment and allow us to drop off our bags. The apartment is in a very lively area (the heart of the historic district) so there are lots of cafes, shops, and sights to take in. I did note that we could hear cars and street noise, but it wasn't enough to be bothersome to us, but keep that in mind if you prefer to sleep in a very quiet space. Either way, this apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Very good location, quiet, with the metro 2 minutes away, the Alibus to the airport 4 minutes away, the supermarket 3 minutes away. Roberta was kind enough to leave us the keys until 4:30 p.m. on the day of our departure so that we could spend our last day sightseeing without our suitcases. Thank you! I would this property.

Rosa and Nora were great throughout the entire booking! The apartment is clean, well organized and everything felt new and worn down. The location is next to a busy street filled with restaurants, shops and bars and decent amount of things to see of the great Naples!

Mario’s apartment is excellent in every respect. Mario is a fantastic host whose advices are excellent in terms of where to go, eat and. You will feel at home with Mario’s apartment and hospitality.

The wifi is very weak. Otherwise, everything was great. The apartment is very large and modern and very nicely decorated. Paola is also very nice and welcomed us in person at check-in. The breakfast that is included is typically Italian and at the bar right next to the apartment, where we could still store our suitcases after check-out to better explore the city. Most of the attractions and the train station are within walking distance from there.

Delightful and functional apartment in the historic center from which it is easy to reach the best centers of interest. Daniela was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended !

Perfect location, with a subway stop next door that allows you to reach all the important points of the city in a few minutes.

If you think it's too nice to be true... know that seeing it is even better! There are also great umbrellas for guests. Flexible check-in and checkout helped us open and close our stay in the best way!

Luigi's apartment is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes from the train station, in a strategic position for visiting the historic center of the city and the Sanità district. The apartment is cozy and clean and is well equipped. Luigi was always responsive in communications and helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out time. I recommend this apartment and I recommend Luigi.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is in a very good location geographically, very well-equipped with all the comforts and shops at the foot of the building. Great spot, lovely oasis amongst the craziness of Naples. Very central, a short walk to so many great places. Spacious, comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking full meals. One thing thing to consider is the main bedroom can be quite loud from the street below, if you would be sensitive to this, bring earplugs.
