Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Wunderbare Penthouse Wohnung mit fast 360° rundum Blick in Alzey, mitten im Herzen Rheinhessens. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Penthouse wurde 2017 auf das bestehende Haus aufgestockt und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 50 qm². Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der riesige U-Balkon der vom Wohn- und Essbereich anhand von vier Türen aus erreicht werden kann. Befindet man sich hierauf hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Stadt.

Beautiful bright approx. 70 m² apartment with large terrace. Very quiet location on the edge of the field. Bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Private access to the apartment. Parking in the yard and on the street. Sandbox, swing, slide and children's vehicles await you. Fresh eggs from our own chickens, seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as honey from our own bees can be purchased.

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Our lovingly furnished bright apartment, is about 40 square meters in size, has its own entrance and is located in the heart of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Alzey (each 15 min). Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
