Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. Wenige Gehminuten vom lebhaften Inseldorf entfernt, ideal für den Einkaufsbummel und Ihre Restaurantbesuche, bietet die Lage unserer sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung erholsame Ruhe. Der Strand ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Fahrradverleih ist direkt in der Nachbarschaft vorhanden.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Oldenburg and Bremen can be reached in just 30-40 minutes by car.

On the lower floor there is a kitchen and the most necessary electronic devices. A cozy living-dining area invites you to linger and relax. There is a shower tray in the bathroom. The toilet is seperate and is decorated by a mural. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a large bed guarantees deep sleep.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
