It was perfect, Patrizia explained everything we wanted to know, the apartment corresponded to the pictures and was great, we felt comfortable right away. The roof terrace was very nice, we had a sea view and could enjoy it very much at breakfast and dinner. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a week. We had a garage which was very convenient as we arrived with a trailer and motorcycle and you can also park well in the area, side street next door or on the main street above. There are several restaurants and tobacco shops, small supermarkets, etc. in the area. Thanks again to Patrizia, it was an unforgettable vacation. Thank you!!! 🌞🍀

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful time in this cozy and very clean house. We were able to find exactly the tranquility we were looking for here. There are nice excursions in the area, quiet and beautiful beaches as well as a small shop where you can get everything you need. The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

The location of the apartment is great. The beach is within easy reach, but you should take bathing shoes with you, as there are many rocks in the water. There are many restaurants and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is lovingly furnished. There is plenty of everything. The equipment of the kitchen is very good. Everything was available, even for the beach. Unfortunately, there was no free WiFi directly in the apartment, but only at the main point of the apartment complex. The terrace is very pleasant, as it is located to the north and you can relax wonderfully here. The hostess is very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. We can only recommend the apartment.

The four of us spent a few days in Santa Reparata in mid-June and are simply thrilled! The house is beautiful and captivates above all with the great view of the sea. We particularly enjoyed the large, newly furnished kitchen, the cozy terrace with pool and the great view. The location is also perfect, very quiet and the direct proximity to Capo Testa and Santa Teresa Gallura as a port city was great. The cottage is also well equipped. Only a few storage areas in the bathrooms and bedrooms as well as more comfortable mattresses would have been great. The communication with Matteo was also very friendly and uncomplicated. We can highly recommend the vacation home and would love to come back here!

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice welcome from Daniela despite our late arrival because of a change in the schedule of our boat. Well-located apartment with an amazing view of Pelosa beach from the terrace. Beautiful gated residence with parking. The apartment would need a little refresh if I had something to say.

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful place in Costa Smeralda. The apartment is in private resort complex few hundred yards from the sea, nice quiet beach, large pool, and few nice bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is.most comfortable for 4 adults, but can accomodate 5 if big space is not your requirement. Beautiful sea view from the garden like front porch where we ate dinners. Large back yard, full of flowers blooming in early June. Two full bathrooms (one outdoor shower), grill, outdoor kitchen in the backyard will make yout stay even more enjoyable. Host is very proactive and wants to make your stay perfect. If we go to Sardinia again, we'll definitely stay here again.

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

The stay at Franco and Maria's house was very pleasant, both for the service received and for the comfort of the accommodation. It is a very quiet place, with hardly any noise and well located. I definitely recommend it!

Alice was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was also very appealing to us and was comfortably furnished. We will be happy to come back.

Graziano's place scores above all for the great view - this is really beautiful. The apartment is very clean and well equipped - spices in the kitchen and small shower gel/shampoo for the guests. The contact with Graziano was very friendly and eager. The sea invites only to a limited extent for swimming, as it was very wavy and windy here - but interesting for snorkeling. It should be mentioned that for bed linen and towels 15€/person extra is required and we didn't have to move out until 11am at 11am instead of as indicated.

Everything was good! 😊 The view is amazing. Everything in walking distance (supermarket, beach and of course ferry to La Maddalena). Communication with host very good and quick response. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Family of 5, we are delighted to have stayed at Matteo's place. We had everything we needed.

The stay at Martina and Michele was more than perfect! The house is in excellent condition, equipped with every comfort and in a strategic position to enjoy total relaxation in an area a little far from the classic tourist destinations, but at the same time convenient to visit all the wonders of northern Sardinia. Michele was a fantastic host: accurate in the directions, very available to every request and hospitable (there were some desserts prepared directly by him). Super recommended, we'll definitely be back!
