Beachfront vacation rentals in Spiaggia di Scialmarino

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

L'appartamento si presenta esattamente come nelle foto, molto pulito, accogliente, elegante, in una zona tranquilla. Noi eravamo 2 adulti, una bimba e un cagnolino e gli spazi erano perfetti. Ottima l'idea del tavolo per pranzare/cenare posto all'esterno dell'appartamento. Raffaella è stata gentilissima ad accoglierci e a spiegarci tutti i dettagli necessari per la nostra vacanza. A 5 minuti a piedi si trova la lunga spiaggia e gli stabilimenti balneari. Poco distante si trova anche un piccolo market.

Le logement, proche du centre, est plus grand par rapport aux photos. la propreté est irréprochable. Valentina nous a donné de bons conseils et est très réactive. Ce sont ses parents qui nous ont reçu avec gentillesse. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A recommander.

abbiamo passato dei giorni bellissimi in una dimora centralissima nel cuore della vecchia Vieste. Sandor è un host disponibilissimo, gentilissimo e premuroso con gli ospiti. Consigliamo nel modo più assoluto questa soluzione. Quando torneremo a Vieste sicuramente saremo di nuovo suoi ospiti. Consigliatissimo.

Wir haben die Zeit in Peschici sehr genossen vorallem die Aussicht von der Terrasse war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und für ein paar Tage haben wir das nötige vorgefunden. Können wir sehr empfehlen.

Die Wohnung von Lidia ist groß und liegt wunderbar wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Man kann sowohl eine Terrasse für sich allein vor dem Haus nutzen oder sich im Gemeinschaftsgarten hinter dem Haus am Meer aufhalten. Das allerbeste an unseren Aufenthalt ist aber, dass wir Lidia und ihren Hund Judy kennengelernt haben. Lidia ist so eine herzensgute, großzügige und warmherzige Frau, das hat unseren Aufenthalt verschönert. Sie hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zu tollen regionalen Spezialitäten weiter geholfen und auch im Alltag mit Informationen unterstützt und übersetzt. Zusätzlich war sie sehr großzügig mit verschiedenen regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Judy ist ein ganz lieber Hund und passt gut auf, so dass wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben. Es war wunderbar das Leben vor Ort und die Menschen dort kennenzulernen, gleichzeitig hat man aber auch seine Privatsphäre und kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank Lidia!

I have to say the place is fantastic. instructions were clear on how to get there but I left Foggia later than l planned and it was to dark to see. Colomba helped me get to the right place, always helpful and quick to respond. the property is beautiful. It's an olive tree farm that produces olive oil. it has a beautiful view over the bay. This has been one the best Airbnb i have stayed at. I highly recommend a stay. If I make it back to puglia, I'd stay here again. Ciao. John

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Alle sind super nett und es ist eine echt gepflegte Anlage. Nur zwei Dinge würden wir als negativ bewerten. Die Betten sind eindeutig zu hart, trotzdem konnten wir natürlich schlafen. Und schade, dass am Spielplatz abends keine Beleuchtung möglich ist. Sonst war aber alles PERFEKT!!!! Es hat uns als Familie durchgehend die 2 Wochen sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub

Posto che rispecchia le foto... Se vuoi tranquillità e relax sia in piscina che al mare è il luogo perfetto. Host molto amichevole e sempre disponibile.consigliatissimo

Ce Ressort est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la mer, avec des installations comprises : Piscine, parasol et matelas de plage, vélos. Seul bémol à notre séjour, le prix des Petits-déjeuners 10€/pers avec un buffet somme toute très simple, et le restaurant de la plage avec une différence de prix de + 3€ par rapport à celui du Ressort ! Mais le personnel est très sympathique ce qui a rendu notre séjour bien agréable Jean

le personnel est très agréable et très serviable ils sont répondus à nos attentes je recommande vivement ce village vacance. il y a une navette plusieurs fois par jour pour aller au village.

Casolare dove immergersi e staccare ma con la possibilità di essere connessi al mondo, ho fatto una vacanza lavoro in Smart working con la famiglia. I mie due bambini hanno adorato il parco giochi, noi gli spazi esterni abbiamo fatto la pizza nel forno Esterno, una grigliata fantastica di pesce acquistandolo con i consigli di giuseppe. Casa pulita e curata e super accessoriata. Che dire mare a pochi minuti… uno stacco dal quotidiano in un luogo magico dove torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille Giuseppe ci rivedremo

Nuestra estancia en Vieste fue maravillosa. Los propietarios desde el principio nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra propia casa,ofreciéndonos frutas del jardín....Nos asesoraron muy bien sobre sitios a visitar y restaurantes a los que ir a comer o cenar. La casa está muy bien,tiene un entorno paradisíaco y una piscina exterior idílica para disfrutar de ella. Aconsejamos este alojamiento al 100%.Gracias por todo

È stata una settimana bellissima, la casa è molto accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario. Il villaggio è estremamente curato e offre numerose attività sia per gli adulti che per i bambini. Mia figlia (12) ha sfruttato l’eccellente animazione, ha anche fatto il corso di subacquea. La spiaggia è di ciottoli, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla villetta. La piscina olimpionica è fantastica. All‘interno del villaggio ci si può spostare anche con le navette. Abbiamo mangiato alcune volte al ristorante/pizzeria I Delfini, nel villaggio adiacente, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. All‘interno del villaggio c’è un minimarket per i beni di prima necessità. La sera l’animazione offre spettacoli nell’anfiteatro a ridosso della spiaggia. Avevamo anche il nostro posto auto all’entrata della struttura. Nel complesso un villaggio strepitoso, immerso nel verde. Danila, la nostra host, è una persona squisita, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Il check-in e il check out sono stati senza alcun problema. Voto: 10

The apartment delivered everything we needed, and more. Pasquale was a fantastic host, meeting us at the house and getting us settled. A stones throw from an incredible beach. 2 mile walk into the centre of Vieste but we loved doing it. Very clean and quiet. On a different note - don’t eat at the beach cafe directly across the road - food was substandard and we had an issue with some ‘lost’ sunglasses.

Das Doppelhaus ist super gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren in der Nachsaison im Oktober da. Das direkte Nachbarhaus war zu der Zeit frei, damit hatten wir ein echtes alleinstehendes Haus mit voller Privatsphäre. Und Privatstrand! Die kleine Liegestuhl-Vermietgastro war natürlich schon geschlossen, und über paar Treppen der leere Strand direkt erreichbar. Wir haben Enricos Strandliegen genutzt, damit hatten wir noch paar echte Strandtage. Am Nachmittag wird das Areal immer mal von einem jungen Moto-Cross Fahrer genutzt, der wahrscheinlich noch zu jung für einen Führerschein ist…das kann etwas nerven, ist aber immer nur zeitweise vorgekommen, dafür aber täglich…eine Beeintächtigung während der Nacht oder Vormittags gab es nicht…nur das Rauschen des Meeres…wir können als Familie das Haus von Enrico wärmstens empfehlen!

L’alloggio é molto bello, ben curato e pulito. La cucina possiede tutto il necessario. La casa si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le varie attrazioni e a due passa dalla spiaggia di Marina Piccola. L’host Laura é gentilissima, pronta ad aiutarti per qualsiasi difficoltà e a fornire preziosi consigli. Vieste é una città meravigliosa così come lo sono le sue persone.

Soggiorno stupendo, il tutto condito dalla festa del santo patrono del paese! Ci siamo trovati molto bene da Nazario e sua moglie. La casa ha tutti i confort necessari al soggiorno e in 30 secondi dalla casa si è nella piazza del paese. Non dimenticheremo facilmente il posto e chi ci ha ospitato!

Nice house with a wonderful view with cooling winds on warm days up on the hill. Perfect if you have a car. No problem to reach the old town or the beach by foot. Be prepared that you get a bit warm when mounting the road back home. Then the lovely outdoor shower is perfect! Don’t forget to use the grill, we prepared good meals. The owners are very nice and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults and we all had good space during the week we spent at Vieste. I really recommend a visit in the house!

Michele war unheimlich nett und freundlich und hat uns ab und an mit seinem leckeren italienischen Espresso überrascht! Die Lage der Wohnung verbunden mit der riesigen Terrasse und direkter Strandlage sind wirklich herrlich! Zudem sind tolle Ausflüge Richtung Vieste täglich möglich!

Notre séjour à la Villa de Maria Raffaela a été absolument merveilleux ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte et son équipe, qui nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous dès le premier instant. La villa elle-même est un véritable paradis. Nichée dans un cadre naturel magnifique, entourée de jardins luxuriants et bien entretenus, elle offre une atmosphère de paix et de sérénité. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, élégamment décorées et équipées de tout le confort moderne. Chaque détail avait été pensé avec soin pour créer une ambiance accueillante et relaxante. Nous avons adoré passer du temps en profitant du soleil et en nous rafraîchissant dans l'eau cristalline. Les vues panoramiques sur les environs étaient à couper le souffle, créant une toile de fond parfaite pour nos moments de détente. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est l'hospitalité et la générosité de Maria Raffaela.

Siamo stati accolti da Lucrezia e suo marito che ci hanno mostrato la casa e dato le prime indicazioni necessarie per ambientarci; inoltre quando durante il soggiorno ci è capitato di avere delle domande hanno sempre risposto tempestivamente. Ci hanno messo a disposizione un seggiolone ed un lettino per il nostro bambino di 2 anni e, avendo due figli, ci hanno lasciato un po' di asciugamani di vario tipo in più in caso di necessità. L'appartamento corrisponde appieno alle foto presenti sul sito ed il terrazzo permette di godersi delle splendide cene vista mare.
