The housing unit on the first floor of 160 sqm + 20 sqm terrace level, is as follows: large entrance hallway, spacious kitchen and bright living space, 3 bedrooms, one double with the possibility of adding a third bed (or a cot) and two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and shower, the other with shower), large living room overlooking the countryside with direct access to the terrace with stone table, chairs, umbrella (possibility of games for children). The house has two entrances and a facing triple: the outer side of the beach road and sea; inner sides overlooking the countryside.
