Franco is a very present and kind host. The location of the property is a stone's throw from the sea, with a very spacious garden outside and a ten-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

Wonderful place that was extremely clean and well maintained. everything was exactly as it was in in the ad. Settimia is a very gracious and helpful host. I would highly recommend her unit.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

The house is very welcoming and for those who like tranquility it is ideal, it was possible to take an excursion on the Sila, which I recommend. I thank Arcangelo and his family very much for the beautiful welcome. I will definitely be back.

Another great stay at Pietros place .As our previous visit we found the house well presented, very-clean and ready for our visit. I previously left a post two years ago about our first stay and not a lot has changed in our opinion. You find a well equipped kitchen, a spacious property that is now fitted with slide door mosquito nets which is a great addition . AC added to one other bedroom, one previous,and the pool area upgraded with a covered seating area where you can look out to sea or the hills opposite. My elderly in laws along with ourselves drove up and down the hill,mountain,not sure which! we had two cars . If you want to get away from it all , with a private pool yet 15 minute drive to the supermarket and beach beyond id recommend this place . A car , vehicle is essential for this home!! We also drove to Pizzo and had a day at Tropea about 1.45 in a car, easily accessed and well worth the visit for a day trip. Beaches in Amentea are sand covered and the sea is lovely with a gradient in the water that doesn’t drop off too sharply, in my opinion!. We used the public beach under umbrellas and occasionally went to one of the many restaurant, lidos for lunch. Parking is also easy on the roads opposite .We parked mainly in town as we were always late to the beach ,preferring poolside until midday , this meant that beach front parking had gone by the time we arrived.Even so a 5 minute stroll to the beach . So yes, if you like space, stunning views, a pool at hand and a quieter tranquil side to your holiday id recommend this home as there cant be many like it for location!

Romantic old property, close good restaurant

Andrej's accommodation was stylish, and it felt like home right away. It was even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is in the old part of town. Not all houses are renovated, and some are even ruins, which slightly affects the overall impression.

‌ Aurelio is an exceptional host: since booking he has been helpful and friendly, offering tips and advice on how to best live our vacation in Calabria. The house is very large, it has a beautiful view of the valley below, it has a large garden with pergola and barbecue area. The rooms are large and well ventilated. Inside you can find everything you need (kitchen tools, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). Two bathrooms with a shower + an outdoor shower are available. Peace and quiet reign and at the same time you can relax in the garden or reach the villages or some of the most beautiful beaches in a short time. It is a good base to spend the holidays at the sea, but without sacrificing the cool of the mountain.

Spent a quick two nights at Monica’s place in Cosenza. Everything was great. Comfortable bed and linens. Very very clean. The location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Monica was fantastic and super kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a great time, the environment is small but well organized, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The area is very quiet and easily accessible.

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive living room!

The stay at Giuseppe's place was excellent. This is a large house with large rooms, very spacious and clean. The pool is excellent and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The play facilities are excellent for children. Communication with Giuseppe was good, especially with Google Translate. Giuseppe was constantly interested if we needed help with anything, and even helped us order a pizza from a restaurant near the place. The value is very good for the price.

The house is wonderful, spacious and renovated; the private, quiet and clean public pool (it doesn't make it from the photos). You have to use the car, but there are many unique coves and beaches nearby. The only issue was checkout which is not at 12:00 pm as written, but at 10:00 am, which created a lot of discomfort. In any case, knowing this, the villa is worth all the money spent.

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers! Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤

We booked this B&B for a last minute trip to Amantea as it was the only one available for that time - and what a lovely, lovely surprise! Luisa has created a spectacular sanctuary in the hills, with breakfasts (5 euro) with food from their garden. The pool has amazing views of the city, and the room fit the five of us very comfortably. We loved chatting with Luisa and the others over breakfast. You definitely need a car around here, but it's so worth it!

This place was better than advertised. Serene location and luxurious accommodations. The nearby town was ok... It would have been nice to have a few more convenient restaurant options.

The residence is surrounded by olive trees, which is why it is very cool and airy during the night. The road is a little difficult to get there because of the dirt path, but nothing worrying. The sea is very close and you can walk to. The location is still convenient as a few minutes by car you can reach a lot of very nice and characteristic beaches.
