Antonella and Franco's Casa di Giorgia is simply exceptional. Super strategic location: just cross the road literally twice and you find yourself at the sea; a stone's throw from Pharmacy/Supermarket/Restaurants/Seafront. Everything perfectly matches the description: very large apartment, very bright and very cool (regardless of the air conditioners that still work wonderfully, thanks also to the really great layout in the two main rooms). Impeccable host: Antonella was super present and never intrusive, very helpful even before booking, she even helped us find accommodation on the beach during the most chaotic weeks of August. Super recommended!!

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. We felt very comfortable with Rosalba. Hassle-free, flexible, fast. It was very quiet, which was certainly also because the neighboring apartments were largely uninhabited.

An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

Just the place in itself was more beautiful. I'm very well, kept then the photos even let on. the view is spectacular, almost picturesque. To a point you feel like you're dreaming when you wake up. i myself did not have a car and they helped me with groceries a couple times which is above and beyond what I ever expected, it was very gracious of them. Any questions that I had were answered very promptly and very politely. i never felt that it was a bother to write them if I had a question about local activities etc. i found almost everyone there very polite and helpful and anything that I needed or wanted to ask. The place is truly tranquil and I do miss staying there very much. doing that trip by myself. I was pretty much terrified, but I felt right at home once.I settled in. And the feeling of being rightRight at home was something that I needed, and it's something I think everyone on a holiday needs. I do highly recommend this place.And I intend to go back as soon as I can. 👍

Comfortable apartment, the only flaw is that it has only one bathroom. But we knew that. Otherwise very satisfied with everything very close to the sea and more than a few restaurants and a very good ice cream shop. Pizzo Calabro is a beautiful town. DEFINITELY TO BE RETURNED TO.

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with schedules and with the use of the house, where there is plenty of space and tranquility at will. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. There's all the comforts. It's newly built and we found it very clean and matching the listing. The outdoor space for breakfasts and lunches with the background of the waves and the operation. A few minutes by car you can reach the center of Pizzo or various restaurants and supermarkets. Special thanks to Denis: attentive, present but never invasive. Appreciate the flexibility of time for check-in and check-out procedures, to meet our needs. I spent two weeks with family (with two small children). We had a wonderful vacation. Super recommended

What a beautiful stay!!! Annamaria and her husband always helped and guided us to beautiful places and things to do. The attic is magical with the beautiful terrace and the great view. I would recommend this place any time. Thank you Annamaria for making our holiday so wonderful.

The house was very well kept, let's say new in structure and decor. The highlight for us was the shower, beautiful, large and comfortable, which I don't mind in a seaside with two children. The beach near home was the icing on the cake. Maybe it's the most beautiful beach on the coast. I from Calabrese right in that area, I had never visited it and it was truly a surprise to see this paradise wonder. Finally, the biggest thanks go to Enza. A person of unique kindness and availability. Of those people who truly make you feel the famous hospitality of our southern Italy and in particular our beautiful Calabria which is always a surprise for those who have the desire and curiosity to visit it. Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

Fell in love with the apartment especially the rooftop terrace where I had cuppa to watch sunrise each morning.Views great.Only downside had only 1 bar/restaurant that catered for Italians on their 2 weeks holidays.we couldn't get a seat or takeaway pizza.You need a hire car to get to shops but Short drive from airport and Pizzo.Its well worth a visit and The apartment has everything you need.We will be back and Alan and wife are great.

I had a great and unforgettable stay with my two daughters . The accommodation had everything it needed but above all the residence has a private beach which is just magical a little piece of paradise . You have to cross a very nice little forest to get there. The pool is very clean and spacious . Thank you, we will keep a great memory of this place . ♥️♥️♥️

The place is delicious, very quiet... you sleep in absolute silence, surrounded by an olive grove. The house is spacious, fresh and very clean. Well-functioning wifi. The owner is always available and proactive in giving advice on the area. We'll definitely be back!
