La grande maison, idéalement située en bord de mer, est totalement équipée avec fond de cuisine, nécessaire pour le lave-vaisselle, pour le lave-linge, serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage (très commode quand on vient en avion), chaises longues, salon de jardin...beau jardin avec figues de barbarie.. Avant d'acheter quoi que ce soit, vérifiez que ce n'est pas déjà présent dans la maison. Moustiquières aux fenêtres. L'hôte, Gennaro, est très sympathique et répond présent dès qu'il est sollicité. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

An absolute delight to work with , Maureen and her husband went out of their way for us , even picking us up at the bus station and taking us to the Airbnb. The place is very nice and is close to the beach and within driving distance of all the places we wanted to see . The highlight of our stay was the cooking class we took taught by the family , it was an amazing experience we will never forget !! Thank you so much for everything , until next time !!

Le logement était simplement parfait : rénové/neuf et spacieux, très propre, décoré avec soin, air climatisé efficace, lit très confortable, salle de bain impeccable, etc. On s'y sentait comme à la maison, la seule différence étant les services/avantages dignes d'un hôtel : plancher lavé à tous les jours, serviettes et literie changées aux 3 jours, approvisionnement en eau et en café à tous les jours, etc. Les hôtes Marianne et Pasquale ont été extrêment attentifs à nos besoins et réagissaient dans l'immédiat à toutes nos demandes/questions (recommandations sur les endroits à visiter, restaurants à essayer, etc.) Cerise sur le gâteau : ils nous ont surpris à l'occasion avec de belles attentions personnalisées. Ma conjointe, mon petit garçon de 15 mois et moi-même avons adoré notre séjour! Si nous le pouvions, nous donnerions 6 étoiles! P.S. Une splendide plage de sable fin, peu fréquentée, se trouve à quelques minutes de marche : c'est un immense point fort de Torre Chianca!

Wir sind 3 Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft gewesen. Francesco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es gab bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wein und Wasser geschenkt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich direkt am Strand, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet außerdem noch eine große Dachterasse für die Gäste an. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit den Kajaks, die zur freien Verfügung standen. Optional besteht die Möglichkeit, sich eine Massage zu buchen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Etant venus en octobre pour 8 jours, la vie de la commune était bien sûr moins active qu'en été. Endroit calme, agréable logement avec ses 2 belles terrasses et de ces magnifiques plantes grasses. Notre Hôte nous a offert 2 spécialités italiennes excellentes, merci encore. Sa situation nous a permis de visiter la région jusqu'à Bari au nord et jusqu'à Otranto au sud. Je recommande ce logement sans problème. Nous garderons de beaux souvenirs de cette région des Pouilles.

La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato io ,mio marito e nostro figlio era perfetta. Avevamo due terrazzini (uno interno e l'altro esterno) che ci permettevano di vivere a pieno la casa che dal vivo è ancora più bella. Sento vivamente di affermare che la casa,la zona e il mare meritano di essere vissute per soggiorni molto più lunghi di un'unica settimana. Alessandro è stato un host impeccabile per cui vi auguro di scegt almeno una volta la sua casa e di ricevere i suoi utilissimi consigli su posti da visitare e location dove poter assaggiare piatti squisiti.

Leuk en schoon appartement met aan de ene kant een winkelstraatje met lekkere restaurantjes en heerlijke bakkertjes en broodjeszaken en aan de andere kant de zee en het strand. Superfijn terras met heerlijk s’ochtends de zon die tot ver in de middag blijft en uitzicht op de zee. Hele fijne host Marco die direct reageert op vragen en goede tips geeft. Bagage mocht wat langer blijven staan na de check out en we mochten ook wat eerder inchecken. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad!! Top locatie.

Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Meer, das man im Oktober fast für sich alleine hat! Diese Ruhe ist wirklich traumhaft. Auf dem Balkon hört man nur Meeresrauschen. Das Haus ist recht klein (besonders das Badezimmer), aber architektonisch äusserst gelungen. Die Einrichtung ist unglaublich geschmacksvoll und gestylt: Nichts wurde dem Zufall überlassen. Alles passt zusammen. Eine Schwäche ist, dass das Badezimmer keine Türe, sondern nur einen Vorhang hat. Für Nase und Ohr der Mitbewohner allenfalls eine Herausforderung! Ebenfalls muss man wissen, dass im Oktober der Ort ausgestorben ist. Man findet gerade mal ein offenes Kaffee und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Geöffnete Restaurants und Tankstellen sind ca. 15 Km entfernt! Also: mit vollem Auto anreisen, Wasser nicht vergessen.

Highly recommended! The flat is very modern and comfortable, one can find everything you need for a wonderful stay. The seaview is great, you can hear the waves while lying in bed, you can have breakfast with a sea view. Or simply sit on the couch and watch the ocean :-) Be aware of the fact that it is not possible to sit on the balcony (one could have the impression on the picture). There are small shops and very nice restaurants nearby. Martin is very friendly and helpful.

Abbiamo trascorso in cinque una settimana nella bellissima villetta di Linda. Tre ampie camere da letto al primo piano, soggiorno e cucina al piano terra più un grande patio in cui abbiamo fatto la grigliata di ferragosto ( ed eravamo in 16). Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Spiaggia libera a un minuto di strada a piedi , stabilimento balneare a 5 minuti: dalla casa al mare direttamente in costume. Comodo per andare ovunque con la macchina. Facile trovare parcheggio. Linda, gentilissima e premurosa, ci ha supportato in tutto.

Alla fine della vacanza Angelo diventa un tuo amico. Inizio con questa premessa perché lui è il fulcro di tutta la tua vacanza che grazie alle sue dritte diventa un sogno. La sua accoglienza non ha eguali, cordiale, amichevole, simpatico ti mette subito a tuo agio con il suo welcome gift poi la casa è ancor più bella dal vivo. La piscina te la godi di gjorno e volendo anche la sera con le luci romantiche del giardino che fanno da contorno a questa fiaba. Il mare passa quasi in secondo piano vista la comodità della casa e dei suoi servizi. C'è un posto auto comodissimo all'interno, la spiaggia si raggiunge in 2 minuti a piedi dalla casa tramite una passerella. Angelo ti aggiorna e fornisce dritte su dove mangiare pesce, carne, quale masseria visitare, addirittura dove fare il bagno verificando le previsioni meteo del vento. Abbiamo seguite le sue dritte e ci siamo trovati non bene ma benissimo, speriamo di ritornare presto. Angelo, di nome e di fatto. Grazie Donato e Pilar

Vi havde et perfekt ophold i Palazzo Esmeralda - Anna var meget fleksibel og tilbød tidlig check-in, da vi ankom til Monopoli et par timer før check-in. Hun hjalp med at finde parkering, gav os gode tips til seværdigheder i området og gode restauranter og vendte tilbage i løbet af vores ophold for at høre, om vi manglede noget. Huset er meget smukt indrettet, køkkenet veludstyret, og den lækre tagterrasse var prikken over i’et. Selvom lejligheden ligger midt i den gamle by ligger den lidt afsondret ud til en smuk plads, så vi var ikke generet af larm fra gaden. Alt i alt en vidunderlig oplevelse, og vi vender gerne tilbage!

Suzannas Haus war der letzte Stopp einer mehrtägigen Apulienreise. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dem Haus und genossen die Abende im Garten bzw. auf der Terrasse. Begeistert waren wir von der Möglichkeit, die beiden Fahrräder zu nutzen: Wir unternahmen einen schönen Ausflug zur Punta Prosciutto - die beiden Räder waren schon älter, aber gut funktionstauglich, nachdem wir sie etwas geölt hatten. Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch die sympathische Begrüßung durch Anna Lucia und ihren Partner, die als Willkommensgeschenk Foccia und Rotwein mitbrachten. Anna Lucia hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und war auch jederzeit ansprechbar.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Alessandro a répondu rapidement. Ses parents nous ont accueillis et nous ont donné des informations sur les choses à voir et les commerces à proximité. L’accueil a été chaleureux, sympathique et personnalisé. Le stationnement dans la rue était facile. La cuisine est pratique et comprend tout ce qu’il faut. Fomos recebidos com presentinhos feitos por sua mãe(amamos). Na geladeira tinha agua, refrigerantes e uma garrafa de vinho. Alem de café e chás variados. Atendimento 5 estrelas. A cidade é linda e pretendemos voltar para desfrutar mais momentos de paz, alegria e beleza natural.

My family of 5 (2 kids, 1 baby, 2 adults) needed a getaway from Germany’s cold winter and staying at Simonetta’s apartment was the perfect escape! We were greeted on the night we arrived and checked in on throughout our weeklong stay. The house was squeaky clean, spacious, had amazing beautiful views, and was extremely walkable to anything we may have needed. She went above and beyond In listing all of the services and amenities that were offered, she even had a cake delivered for my husband’s birthday that week. It was so delicious and such a nice surprise for him! She was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. There’s a grocery store across the building that made getting snacks and things to cook for my family so easy. The apartment patio is incredible! We all enjoyed soaking up the sun and watching the ocean and spent most of our time there. We would 100% stay in the apartment again and loved our vacation in Monopoli <3

L’alloggio di Giulia ci ha colpito soprattutto per la posizione in cui si trova: il mare nei pressi della casa raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti è stupendo! Acque cristalline, possibilità di fare snorkeling ma anche spiagge facilmente accessibili con ingressi in acqua semplici! L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e i servizi: spazioso con doppio bagno e un bellissimo terrazzo in cui cenare e intrattenersi. Inoltre in poco tempo si riescono a raggiungere bellissime città da visitare come Monopoli, Polignano e Ostuni; insomma super strategico, super comodo e super consigliato! Giulia infine è una host gentile e disponibile, ha assecondato le nostre necessità di check in e check out e per questo la ringraziamo tanto! sicuramente torneremo!

We have had an incredible 3-night stay at Silvia’s place in Polignano a Mare! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located just steps away from the breathtaking cliffside. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. Silvia was warm, responsive, and prepared coffee, fruits and water for us. Waking up to the sea breeze and enjoying coffee every morning. Polignano a Mare is truly magical, and this stay made it even more special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway in Puglia!

Muy lindo apartamento, con lo necesario para la estancia, una gran ubicación, y las instalaciones y espacio impecables y muy linda decoración.

Wow, loved the location, the rooftop deck and how helpful everyone was. We were able to leave our luggage at the office and they kindly brought it to the apartment while we were having lunch. Watching the fishing boats come in at the end of the day and then a huge sunrise the following morning - perfect!!! Everything that we needed was in the apartment, great stay.
