Serra Fanny is a beautiful 500 sqm two-story villa with swimming pool in Specchia, suitable for a family or a group of friends. The garden measures 7,000 sqm; it is located on a hill in a very quiet and reserved area just 10 minutes from the sea. The villa extends over two floors. 5 double bedrooms and a study with a double sofa bed €350.00 cleaning fee for check-out to be paid in cash upon arrival. During Fall and Winter, heating costs will be extra. Check-in/Check-out Saturday.

It consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, a balcony, and a sofa bed, a large bathroom with a washing machine, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a small bedroom with access to the double bedroom with a bunk bed. The house has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, and 1 bunk bed. My place is good for couples with kids
