Lähellä paljon luonto- ja kulttuurikohteita (Fiskarsin ruukki 4km, luontopolkuja, pyöräilyreittejä, uimapaikkoja). Lämmitetty uima-allas ja saunatilat vieraiden vapaassa käytössä. Lähellä Påminnen mäkiautorata. Lasten leikkipaikka vieressä. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita. Parkkipaikka ja pyörien säilytystila, kolme peruspyörää vapaasti käytettävissä. Kiinteistössä toimii arkisin lounasravintola.

Kiva kaksio aivan Turun ydinkeskustassa. Keittiö ja kylpyhuone remontoitu helmikuu 2022. Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja singlesänky ja tilava vaatehuone. Valoisassa olohuoneessa on tilava vuodesohva ja ruokailuryhmä kuudelle. Ikkunasta on hieno näköala ulos ja 10 metriselle parvekkeelle. Pienessä keittiössä ruokapöytä ja kaksi tuolia. Lasitettu iso parveke. Kauppa kadun toisella puolella, josta saa aamiaistarvikkeet. Parkkipaikka talon takapihalla autokatoksessa suljetulla pihalla 10€ / päivä.

Kaunis, kodikas ja valoisa kaksio, lähellä Aurajokirantaa, viihtyisellä ja rauhallisella puutaloalueella. Asunto on hyvin varusteltu. Vehreällä pihalla on mahdollista kahvitella ja nauttia auringosta. Föri ja Aurajokiranta ovat viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta ja joen toisella puolella nousee kiehtova Kakolan alue sekä Turun Linna. Lähistöllä ravintoloita kahviloita sekä viinibaari. Uimarantakin löytyy alle kahden kilometrin päässä. Alueella on maksuton kadunvarsipysäköinti.

Sängyt ovat laadukkaat ja mukavat. Upea italialainen keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, ylellisestä kylpyhuoneesta löytyy sadesuihku ja pesukone. Asunnossa on WiFi ja ilmastointi.

The house has a cinema, three large terraces around the house and balcony in the highest floor. The lowest terrace is partly under renovation but usable. House has also two fireplaces and living room and also a large sauna with large glass terracce. From the house you have direct access to forest and swimming beach which is 300 meters away.
