Beachfront vacation rentals in Southern Leyte

We had a great stay Limasawa Island, All thanks to Arlab and staff. The staff was very responsive and was very attentive to our concerns. The room is also clean and the amenities they have listed are all available. Will be coming back soon ! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

The is exactly what my family need for a perfect vacation. It's a bit far from Tacloban, but the 3 hours travel was worth it! Our children got to experience everything my husband and I imagined: walking, rest on a hammock and camp fire while grilling some hotdogs and marshmallows by the bay at night; snorkeling, swimming in the pool, and many more! Their internet connection was good too. Our children didn't get bored as they could still play after a "tiring" day (because of the soo many activities). And I get to give real time update to my family and friends re the beauty we lived in for 3 days and 2 nights because the internet was fast! What could be better next time: 1. A ladder in the pool so it will be easier for us to go in and out of the pool. 2. Brighter lighting in the living and bedrooms. 3. Guests should be advised to bring snorkeling shoes/gears- beach was really nice but there were a lot of stones. 4. Ate and Moi were a great help but perhaps they can just be on call

Second time staying at Gina’s place. My favorite place to stay near Sogod bay because of the beautiful views. This place is quiet, private, peaceful, with access to the water and no street noise. The place was very clean and the caretakers are very nice, helpful and accommodating.

This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever :) great communication with Laura, she was so friendly and helpful, and the scooter was perfect for getting to the diving resorts. Also all of the local people around were so welcoming that we felt very comfortable from the start. Amazing reef with corals for snorkeling was right in front of the door (we were able to rent gear from the jd beach front hotel). :) definitely will come here again!

Simple BREATHTAKING! What you see in the picture is not enough to describe what it is in actuality. The property itself speak for its own and to top it up with the ocean view and to experience the peace and serenity it brings to us is amazing. It is a God's gift to everyone that can stay here. 5 🌟 is not enough to rate this place, I would have love to stay more but unfortunately my vacation stay has ended. I will come back for more.

We love this house. We always feel right at home here. Stuart and the rest of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. All are needs and requests were met within minutes. This is our second time here and it won’t be our last.

This place is a home away from home. Very homey and yet so elegant, well-maintained, with a friendly and kind staff - Sir Sandoy. They went above and beyond my expectations primarily because it looks like the photos online are pretty outdated or maybe not good enough to capture the actual beauty of the house and its ambiance, the overall surroundings and the little stuffs which make it stand out among others. I very much loved the fact that they thoughtfully put out lots and lots of Bible verses in frames and hanged it to just about every corner of the house. It’s so heartwarming that you also touch your guest’s spritual life during their stay. It’s worth every penny! I will recommend this to my friends and colleagues and will definitely come back!

Our family had an amazing stay in this place. The house is huge, beach front, and very serene. I work from home and they have a pretty decent WiFi connection. The owner is very nice and responsive as well as their caretakers. We will be back and stay in this place again.
