House vacation rentals in Southern Aegean

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in der Villa von Vangelis und haben jede Minute genossen. Besonders toll war die Aussicht auf die Lefka Ori, der tolle Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und die vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und alle notwendigen Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

From start to finish, the holiday we had in this villa was a great experience. Not only was the villa in beautiful condition on arrival, we also had a homemade cake ready for us as soon as we got there. Any queries we had were immediately met with great service and help from the owner, and the Villa matched the pictures to the tea. I’d like to personally thank Christina for the best holiday we could’ve ever hoped for, and wonderful memories made through every step of the experience. From abundance of facilities and leisure activities, I felt not only in awe of the property but a welcome guest. Would recommend this to anyone.

Our stay at Stilvi Suite was fantastic-very clean and well maintained. It was located on a path which made it easy to get anywhere we wished. Georgia was the perfect host, answering many questions we had and calming the media hyped concerns on area seismic activity. She made efforts to check-in with us and was so accommodating. Her recommendations were very helpful (transportation, restaurants and sailing adventure) and her candid feedback was appreciated. Beautiful sunset and relaxing in/by the pool was a plus!

Our stay was wonderful. Annie made our trip extra easy by booking all our transfers and dinner reservations. She perfectly timed massages for our arrival.

We absolutely adored our stay at Linear Cabanon Villa. The architecture is amazing and breathtaking. The whole place is stunning. It had all the amenities you would need - even things like oil, salt and pepper which we found extremely useful and thoughtful! Hosts are incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. We hope you come back very soon! 💞

Das Haus liegt traumhaft und hat eine gute Einrichtung, wenn auch an ein paar Stellen ein gewisser Renoerungsbedarf sichtbar wird. Es hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick und einen schönen Pool. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es drei Strände mit hellem Sand und kristallklarem Wasser. George hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert, angefangen damit, dass er uns am Flughafen abholte und zum Haus geleitete, wobei er uns auf dem Weg bereits einen der Strände zeigte. Auch ansonsten war er immer verfügbar und hat uns auch einen Tisch in einemempfehlenswerten Sunset-Restaurant verschafft und uns dorthin geleitet. Er hat für alle Anliegen ein offenes Ohr.

Absolutely perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything worked like a charm and we felt right at home since day one. The host warmly welcomed us and we quickly settled in. All the rooms were spacious and clean. There were two equal bedrooms both with their own en suite bathrooms. Each room had its own control for the AC which was very quiet and cooled the room really fast. The living room had a huge comfortable sofa and beautiful decor! The outdoor terrace was spacious and the plunge pool was really clean. There were two huge sunbeds large enough for at least four people in total and a view to die for! There were also private sunbeds right outside the villa on the cobble beach. All in all a total 5/5 experience and we can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely amazing! The owner, his wife, and the entire Etouri team were incredibly helpful, responsible, and friendly. When we arrived, the fridge was already stocked with plenty of provisions, and the owner’s wife had prepared a delicious meal for us. Throughout the week, they continued to check in and even surprised us with homemade dessert, which made us feel really looked after. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The villa itself was beautiful, really clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. The pool area was especially lovely, offering the ideal space to soak up the sun and socialise during a chilled day by the pool. There were plenty of amenities, and the outdoor BBQ area was a great bonus! The team was always available to answer questions or assist with any requests, from local recommendations to check-ins, and they responded incredibly quickly. We couldn’t recommend the villa highly enough and would absolutely stay again!

TL;DR Stunning air bnb. Very worth it for a first visit to Santorini. Booked Catherine’s room for our first visit to Santorini and it was fantastic. The views from the air BnB are even more beautiful than the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. It also came with an actual duvet which isn’t very typical from what we’ve experienced on other islands. She also provided a lot of services and assistance during the trip such as restaurant reservations, taxis, porters to move our suitcases to/from the post office and daily cleaning of the room. Note: the route to the air BnB is a bit precarious so it might not be suitable for people who are less active. The jacuzzi also isn’t as hot as jacuzzis in the states but was still very enjoyable. Also Santorini is experiencing a water shortage so there might be bouts where the shower/tap won’t be working but it doesn’t last very long.

Nikolaus' place was in a beautiful setting on the ocean. My wife and I had a very relaxing vacation in Piso Livadi. The house was clean, well equipped, and provided privacy despite being near the restaurants. Our stay was very relaxing! Thank you, Nikolaus. We would gladly come back.

We absolutely loved our time at Fanis’ place. The terrace is huge and the view is to die for. Ever so attentive and helpful with recommendations and instructions, nothing was too much of a bother. Thanks Fanis for your hospitality.

Un accueil et un séjour magnifique, marqués par de nombreuses attentions. Logement très agréable, une déco faite avec soin, grande cuisine et lits confortables, les terrasses pour chaque pièce. Nous avons adoré. La maison est proche du chemin menant aux différentes plages. Sylvie nous a communiqué ses endroits préférés. Conseils que nous avons suivis. Nous recommandons bien sûr cette adresse, francophone aux accents grecs forts sympathiques.

Can’t say enough good things about Anna’s place. Everything you could possibly need regardless of the length of stay. Access to the secluded beach and stunning blue sea in under 90 seconds! The sunrise/sunset from the roof is gorgeous. The accommodation is even better than the photos and Anna was delightful. Really good location to have as a base for exploring this beautiful island. Truly can’t say enough great things and highly recommend staying here on your trip. We would come back in a heartbeat 🩷

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Alexandros Villa in Kos! simply outstanding in every possible aspect. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we felt completely at home and utterly comfortable. The villa itself is a true gem. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and felt like a genuine home-from-home. Alexandros has clearly thought of everything, as the villa was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable, making our stay effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Beyond the stunning property, Alexandros communication was exceptional. His responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly held no bounds. He was a fantastic host, providing invaluable insights and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the villa is also perfect. It's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community it's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community, and we were so touched by how readily the locals embraced us.

¡Todo excelente! La casa es fantástica, está completamente equipada y no le falta de nada. La ubicación es ideal: cerca de todo, pero al mismo tiempo muy tranquila y con vistas preciosas. El anfitrión ha sido super atento: nos recomendó sitios, nos ayudó con todo y hasta vino a buscarnos. Muchísimas gracias 🙂

Die Unterkunft von Alex ist zu 100 % empfehlenswert! Auch wenn dich Unterkunft sehr klein ist, ist sie so praktisch und kompakt aufgebaut mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Bett ist natürlich das Highlight! Aber auch die Lage ist toll. Man ist wirklich in höchstens 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Die Bucht ist ein Traum, glasklares Wasser und toller Strand. Es gibt dort eine kleine Snackbar und jetzt gerade hat dort auch eine ziemlich große Lokalität - tagsüber sehr stylische Strandbar mit Liegen, DJ, etc. Und abends ein gutes Redtaurant - aufgemacht. Wenn man weitere 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die andere Richtung geht, kommt man auch zu tollen Restaurants und Ständen wo man sich zb auch Boote ausleihen kann. Supermärkte, Fitnessstudios sind höchstens 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir wurden noch mit einem sehr leckeren Gebäck empfangen, das war so aufmerksam und lieb. Man fühlt sich übrigens auch so als wäre man alleine auf dem Grundstück, Privatsphäre wird sehr berücksichtigt. Es war toll! ?

Staying at Loukia’s home was a dream from start to finish. She met us at the port and took our bags back to the home so that we could rent a scooter. She sat with us and shared tips about the island, what to see and not to see. Most of all, she made us feel at home. She is responsive, friendly and goes above and beyond to provide and unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Syrolia Village. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed in kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Although it is close to the main road it is very quiet and peaceful with outdoor table for breakfast etc and very comfortable lounging area. Air con inside was very good when needed. It is set just up the hill (easy walking distance for us couple of oldies) from the organised beach of Kini with a good number of tavernas and great food. It has a lovely family feel. Iakovos was an excellent host - nothing was too much bother, he helped with taxis, local recommendations etc he kept in touch but was never intrusive. He went the extra mile! Iakovos doesn't live locally but was there for us electronically! His parents are nearby - gifts of eggs, vegetables and home cooked stuffed courgettes! Again very understanding of our space but just let us know if there was a problem they were on hand but we had no problems with Syrolia whilst there.

Fantastic stay - I think easily the favorite of our trip. The host was amazingly responsive, to the point that I wonder if she ever has any personal time? She helped us arrange for transport to and from airport; highly recommended, as finding the apartment on your own in the maze of streets could be challenging, and the driving service carried our bags and took us to the door. Host was also quick to respond to requests for restaurants and lined us up with a very convenient car rental service for exploring the island. The apartment is charming and, though a little small, quite comfortable; we did not find ourselves needing more space. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Would highly recommend this property and the host.

The proper and the host didn't let us down the second time. We love it there! Daffy and his family are super friendly and helpful, respectful and are amazing hosts! The property is amazing, clean, peaceful and lovely! We couldn't have wished for better and hope to visit again. Thank you Daffy and family to make us feel so welcomed and contributed to an amazing and relaxed stay!

Wonderful views from the terraces over the sea. Perfect accommodation with full amenities, ranging from laundry equipment to mosquito-net windows. Responsive and very friendly host (Sonia). Nearby the town of Batsi with an extensive range of restaurants nearby the harbour. Host also rents out cars, right across from when you arrive with the ferry from Rafina: no lugging along suitcases.

Perfect stay in Milo’s! Easy to check in and communicate. The location was quiet and relaxing. Incredible to be right on the water. Would love to stay again!

This place was great!!! Walking distance (10 or less minute walks) to a bakery, 2 super markets, a couple restaurants (recommend Thalasea), and amazing beaches!! The cutest place with a beautiful outdoor area for eating and drinking coffee!

Erginas Boathouse and our host Desy were absolutely incredible. Can not believe how unique and special it felt to stay right on the beach in a gorgeous place such as Firopotamos!! Best place I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve worked in the travel industry and been a traveller for over 30 years). Thankyou thankyou thankyou for this opportunity. Loved it so very much.
