Myself and my friends are so happy with the opportunity to stay at this place. It was comfortable and felt like being at home. Even though we didn’t spend that much time in the accommodation it still felt like a place you can call home. One thing I would say that we all agreed on was the flexibility of the heating could be better but overall it was a lovely stay.

Great value apartment whilst in the area for a few days. A short walk to a good supermarket and with a good Indian Restaurant just around the corner. The apartment was exactly as described with plenty of utensils & kitchen equipment available. Michael was very responsive throughout the process and I would happily stay there again.

the place is wonderful, gound floor with easy access, parking spot is behind the building with small trail lead to the front door. flat have large living+dining room, 1 twin room and 1 twin with toilet. Kitchen with all you need, stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and a dishwasher, just had to bring your own pods/washing detergents the only down side is near a busy road so traffic noise can be noticed, but not too disturbing. overall a lovely place to stay

The apartment felt like home from the first moment, the location is quite and close to the town center. The spacious living room allows to relax at any time of the day and enjoying the sunshine due the south-facing windows. It is a perfect place to stay for families and friends. Highly recommended.

A really really nice apartment. It contained all we needed. Very clear instructions from Eva on how to find it and what to do when checking out. The apartment is located 3 minutes away from the busstop, so getting around was also very easy. Definately a place to recommend 😀👍

Samuel was a great host, communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Gave top tips for places to visit and was very helpful also, can’t find a fault! Plus being a 5 minute walk from the station its an ideal commute to the city centre.

I had a fantastic stay at Alice’s place! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to Southampton centre, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring everything was just right throughout my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Southampton!

This apartment exceeded our expectations. We spent a long weekend there exploring Southampton, which has quite alot to see including the Medieval walls (we did a walking tour), the flying boat museum and Tudor house. The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of the town and has a very reasonably priced car park next door, which is securely locked at night. The apartment had everything we could wish for as well as a nice balcony. I cannot recall being in an apartment that had socket outlets amd mirrors just where needed - small things like that make a difference. Other reviews seemed to mention about the key collection from a nearby convenience store. We had no problem at all with this and in fact it makes check in more flexible. Would highly recommend this place for a weekend break and Southampton in general as it is underrated. Lunch at the Pig in the wall was really nice and there were plenty of nearby restaurants for good evening meals.

Everything needed for a quick stay over the weekend

Nice clean place, great location. Check in is a bit complicated. You need to get to the flat, get a key and parking permit, drive to parking, come back to apartment.

Had awesome stay at Hasan’s place. Hasan is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in his property.😊

We love the Southbourne area and have stayed in a number of properties in the area over the years. This has to be the best one in terms of location, spaciousness and quality and range of equipment at the property. The lounge diner is nice and airy, big comfy sofa and chair and smart TV. The kitchen had lots of plates, mugs, glasses etc and lots of pans and utensils. Everything we needed was there. There was a nice welcome hamper with bread, milk, juice, biscuits etc. Bedrooms were bright and airy with comfy beds. Lovely shower in the en-suite! The apartment is close to Fisherman’s Walk, where you can walk down to the beach and promenade. There’s absolutely tonnes to do in the area, which is why we keep coming back, you’re definitely able to find something to suit everyone’s interests, young or old. And then there’s the Lazy Spa and outside area to enjoy after a long day exploring. Thanks Jemma, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again next time!

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

After being let down on New Years Eve by someone else we booked Jonathan's place with less than 24 hours notice. He was extremely helpful and really flexible. We checked in early and also had a late check out at no extra cost. The apartment is clean, and big with care and attention to the decor. The hot tub was excellent. Jonathan was really responsive to a few questions we had and it made a real difference to have the personal touch instead of a faceless booking agent. The location is superb, shops one way and beach the other. We will most definitely be back.

Wow is all I can say. If we could give 6 stars we would have. Karen and Lee are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The place is ideal location, quiet and lovely. the place is perfect to stay, the hot tub and garden is so tranquil and peaceful, all the amenities are perfect. The breakfast bits and cooking oil, seasons etc are an added touch! Honestly we loved it here and would definitely return! Thanks both 😃

My son and I had a comfortable stay at Charlotte's flat. I probably forgot to tell her that we needed 2 beds but she was able to rectify it for our second night, so that was great! Thank you. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking - just bring kithen roll if you need one - and all were in working order. Having laundry and dryer was handy for us too. There are many restaurants in walking distance, which was very convenient. We hope to come back next year!

The accommodation with Phoebe and Khalid met all my expectations. I particularly liked the proximity to the train station and the beautiful beach, as I only travelled by public transport. Grocery shops, restaurants and pubs are just around the corner and yet the location is quiet. The room is functionally furnished, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils as well as spices, oil, vinegar, coffee etc., which I have never found before and appreciated all the more. As the AirBnB area has a separate entrance, there is less contact with the hosts and you have a lot of privacy. As you receive an access code before you arrive, you are flexible in terms of time and don't have to be there at a pre-arranged time. I would definitely book this accommodation again. Perfect location, very helpful host, would highly recommend for couples to explore the Island, and of course the bonus of use of the hot tub. We will return next time we are on the Island without the family. Thank you
