The room is large and light, with a queen size bed. There is wardrobe space, drawers, an armchair, a large desk with chair, a small TV, a small refrigerator, tea/coffee facilities and a fan. A private bathroom with shower is for your exclusive use. We will prepare and serve your breakfast downstairs in our dining room (or possibly in the garden). Free on street parking is available, and we can store bicycles safely on our property. We are Airbnb guests ourselves, and enjoy meeting new people.

The bathroom is just next door, off the kitchen with towels, mats and toiletries provided. There are buses running from directly outside & perfect for both universities.

If you are after something more personal than a hotel this could be for you. Centrally located home on former site (1885 to 2000) of the Hampshire County Cricket Club, view over bowling green, this large comfortable ensuite room is on the top floor of a 3 storey house. Free off road parking is available (extended cruise parking for a fee). Suitable for business, educational or personal visits for people moving to the area and in process of looking for somewhere more permanent.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

A warm welcome awaits you at our family sized home. We have a beautiful king-size room with an en suite bathroom. When you arrive, there will be milk and fruit in your private mini-fridge. Breakfast (cereal, toast, fruit, croissants etc) is taken in the kitchen or in your room. The Univ campus at Highfield is a delightful 15 min walk along the edge of the beautiful Common. Arrival time is 5pm onwards. If you need to arrive earlier, do ask. I will try to help if I can.
