House vacation rentals in South Zone of São Paulo

My stay was great! Marlene is an excellent host, always a lot. The house is very comfortable, the house smells and the wonderful beds, all very new, better than in the photos! We had a barbecue with the family and everyone loved it. I took my dog, a shitzu and even though it was a shared house in the same backyard, we felt totally at home with a lot of privacy! I will definitely return, thank you Marlene!

One unpleasant thing is the neighbor, inadvertently dropped a towel in her yard and she was super rude, other than that the police took a routine approach when I was arriving she was speaking ill ended up being embarrassed because I owe nothing to justice, let alone the gossip neighbor.

The house matches exactly what is indicated in the listing. The location is great and, even though it is in an urbanized area, it conveys a delicious beach vibe. Dona Maria was a sweetheart to us — always friendly, attentive and ready to help with whatever was needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, the conditions are comfortable and the pool is simply sensational! As a suggestion to further improve the experience, it would be interesting to change some furniture, such as the sofas in the inner room that are slightly moldy, and perhaps consider darker curtains in the bedrooms, as the morning light comes in strongly and can disrupt sleep. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I definitely recommend it! And we thought about coming back more often.

I had a very quiet stay of 30 days. I was very well guided by hosts. Even with recommendations that are not foreseen in the stay. Recommending me safe place for parking and etc. safe place, family atmosphere, extremely close to Congonhas airport, which made it much easier for me to walk and return. I highly recommend it.

I was looking for an ideal place to have a friend's bachelorette party and was enchanted by the listing photos. To my surprise, the house is even more beautiful in person. We were all delighted with the space. Unfortunately, it was raining on the scheduled day, but the bachelorette party took place quietly in the covered places. Tânia is exceptionally attentive and helpful. I recommend the rental without a doubt.

The stay was wonderful. We rented while we were renovating our house, so we rented to “live” even for 1 month. The house is beautiful. I didn't feel like leaving. All perfect! I had a great stay! The place is small but incredibly cozy and well thought out. The bed is actually a high-quality mattress on the floor, and I was really impressed by how comfortable it is ( it feels like it has multiple layers and provides excellent support). I even asked the host about the brand because I slept so well! The sheets are top-notch, and there are plenty of pillows with different firmness levels to choose from. The compact kitchen has everything you need, and overall the space feels warm and welcoming. Daniel was a great host, very attentive and kind. I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommended, especially if you value comfort and good sleep!

Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. The place is easily accessible and super well located, perfect for those going to an event at Allianz Parque.

Super cozy house, all rooms were impeccably organized and clean. Bathrooms very well clean and equipped as well. Giant and super well equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for full meal preparation. The accommodation is very modern and elegant. There is total privacy during the stay, (no homeowners or something similar). Checkin and checkout were very practical and host Carol was super attentive and helpful from booking to checkin. No doubt we will return to this amazing location. The photos faithfully correspond to the site. Be very careful of baby use items, very well prepared. The village had available up to a feeding chair. It was perfect! The green area is perfect for rest.
