Minha estadia foi simplesmente perfeita! A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, muito cheirosa e ainda melhor do que nas fotos, me surpreendeu positivamente logo na chegada. O ambiente é super acolhedor, com tudo muito bem cuidado, o que fez toda a diferença para eu me sentir à vontade e relaxada. A localização também é excelente, e o anfitrião foi super atencioso e solícito o tempo todo. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo de olhos fechados!

El departamento es idéntico a las fotos y la ubicación en Leblon es inmejorable, a 2 cuadras de la playa, en la esquina hay un supermercado 24hs y muchos restoranes y bares al rededor. La estadía fue hermosa, sin dudas volvería a elegirlo!

Nos encantó el apartamento, muy moderno y cómodo. Muy buen equipamento. Es genial estar de vacaciones y preparar su propio desayuno en casa. Su ubicación es muy central. Excelente la atención de Luis Henrique :) Nos sentimos muy bien.

Adoramos a estadia! A Cláudia nos recebeu e foi muita atenciosa. A localização é excelente e dá pra fazer muita coisa à pé. O apartamento é lindo, bem organizado e limpo.

This was my second time staying here. It’s truly a great location surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Walking to Ipanema beach takes less than 5 minutes.

Tudo incrível. Já fui ao Rio 3 vezes e essa foi minha hospedagem favorita. O apê é pequeno mas super confortável para 2-4 pessoas, muito perto da praia, de supermercados, restaurantes, farmácia… Realmente muito bom!

Where do I start? This is by far and away, and in every way, the most impressive and exceptional Airbnb apartment and experience I have had to date worldwide. The photos are great but nothing can prepare you for entering that apartment 😲😳 It is breathtaking. You will have to pinch yourself. The property itself seamlessly blends high design and wow factor with ‘home away from home’ cosy comfort. Immaculate design-eye follows through to real-world detail which is a rare in my opinion. Everything you could possibly need to have a practical homely stay but set in the most wonderfully inspiring environment. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, retail, gyms (SmartFit does day passes 😊) and of course THE beach. For me Ipanema is the best beachfront neighbourhood in the area by far. And this apartment is the best for overall experience. Finally the Hosts … by far and away and without a shadow of doubt the most attentive, available, friendly, lovely, caring team ❤️

I had a great stay at Maison Ipanema Prime. It was my first time in Rio, and being right next to the water, right next to all of the nice restaurants, grocery stores, and wonderful activities made it very enjoyable. I did a lot of research before coming to Rio and was told to be careful, as some areas may not be safe, but around the BNB and Ipanema as a whole, I never felt unsafe, which put me at ease! Christiane was also very kind and helpful, checking in with me to make sure I was taken care of! All together, I'm glad I stayed here. I had a great time and am looking forward to coming back soon! Also, a big plus was good Wi-Fi!!!!

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

I spent three weeks at Judite´s place and it was great! By far the best place I´ve stayed while in Rio. Very good location, close to the beach, safe, full of restaurants and bars walking distance, and a supermarket across the road. The place itself is very comfortable, clean, it has everything I needed, and very spacious. She´s very friendly and even came by to say hello. I definitely recommend her place.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Thank you !

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Notre séjour était parfait meme si l appréhension était présente au début mais Jean Christophe de par son accueil sa disponibilité a su nous rassurer Excellente petite maison et très belle expérience dans cette jolie favéla certes pour atteindre ce petit cocon il faut transpirer mais ça valait le coup Merci à Jean Christophe et on vous souhaite que du bonheur Nous recommandons ce logement

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

Acredito, sem dúvida, que este é um dos melhores espaços de Copacabana. Explico: ambiente novo, espaçoso, limpo, muito sossegado; cozinha perfeita, com todos os utensílios necessários ( cafeteira elétrica, liquidificador, tostadeira, etc ). Tem água quente em todas as torneiras e a ducha é de ótima qualidade. Os dois ares condicionados são novos e com os filtros limpos. Todo o local é muito limpo e organizado. Não falta nada! A rua é praticamente dentro de uma vila e não tem barulho nenhum. Fica perto da padaria Pão e Companhia - que vende os melhores biscoitos de polvilho com queijo; do botequim Adega Pérola; de muitos bares, mercados e de academias, além de estar menos de 100 m da estação de metro Arcoverde. Além do mais, Gregório é um exemplar anfitrião: sempre disponível e com uma atenção diuturna. Voltarei sempre , a espaço este espetacular, quando voltar ao Rio, se tiver disponibilidade!!!

Foi uma excelente estadia, o condomínio é excelente, indico muito para quem busca tranquilidade e praticidade, foi de fácil acesso, é seguro, tem tudo necessário e o Sergio foi um ótimo anfitrião. A praia é lindíssima, o bairro é tranquilo para caminhar, lugares com bom custo benefício, farmácia. A vista do apartamento é linda, de frente para a praia. É pertinho da Praia da Reserva (10min de bike do Itaú, que tem ao lado), que é surreal de bonita!

Très belle place Proche de tout a pied comme restaurant, épicerie et plage à proximité. Ce secteur est sécuritaire également. Un très beau centre d achat juste à côté et la vue de l appartement est magnifique

Estadia incrível! Perto de tudo; padaria, mercado, depósito, metrô, parada de ônibus. Sem contar que ao lado do apt tem um restaurante famosíssimo com preços ótimos que funciona até 02/03h da manhã. Então me senti super segura chegando tarde. Voltaria sempre!

Eu só tenho a agradecer a Fernanda por todo suporte que me deu. Local perto do centro da Lapa, da pra ir andando facilmente, tem tudo próximo. A portaria foram extremamente educados comigo, toalhas, roupa de cama, ambiente extremamente cheiroso. Meu aniversário no RJ foi maravilhoso, e grande parte tem haver com essa estadia maravilhosa, espero voltar novamente.

Un lugar muy bien ubicado en Copacabana. Frente a la playa, a unas cuadras de la renta de bicicletas y muy cerca de Ipanema. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y bonito. Totalmente recomendable para una estancia cómoda y bien ubicada en Rio.

O apartamento é exatamente como descrito, possui todas as comodidades necessárias para uma ótima estadia (inclusive para longa permanência). Localização excelente, a uma quadra da praia e próxima ao comércio (mercado, farmácia, padaria, restaurantes etc). A comunicação com Joaquim foi muito rápida e clara, ele sempre muito educado. Em uma próxima viagem ao RJ, ficarei no mesmo apto!

O proprietário foi muito receptivo. Sempre estava disponível para responder. O imóvel é ótimo e estava numa localizacão perfeita. Alugaria novamente caso for para o rio.
