Lejligheden er 55 m2 og indeholder soveværelse, køkken/stue samt badeværelse. I stuen findes sovesofa med to sovepladser samt spiseplads til fire personer. Køkkenet har ovn, kogeplader, mikroovn, køleskab og opvaskemaskine. Soveværelset er med dobbel-elevationsseng og udgang til fælles have. Fra soveværelse er der adgang til badeværelse med dobbeltvask, toilet, bruseniche og vaskemaskine. OBS! Vær opmærksom på at der skal betales ekstra gebyr for voksen nummer tre og fire. The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. Nem adgang til alt fra denne perfekt beliggende base i Næstved. Under 1 km til bymidte og station. 300m til Næstved Arena, stadion og gymnasium. Lille anneks med sofa og TV, spisebord og 2 stole, the køkken, eget bad, soverum i under-etage med dobbelt seng 140x200. Egen aflukket terrasse med grill og ude pejs. Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Tag hele familien med til denne fantastiske bolig. Det gamle dueslag er lige blevet fuldt renoveret, efter at tiden har stået stille i 35 år. Det var nemlig i slutningen af 80'erne, man stoppede med at bruge bygningen til duer og høns, og som idag står nyrenoveret af 80% genbrugs materialer, der skulle være smidt ud på byggepladser, men som istedet blev brugt til at bygge denne sjove lille bolig. Boligen ligger lige i centrum af Sjælland og øerne, med 1 lille times kørsel til bla. kbh.

A. Egen lejlighed i hyggeligt bondehus

Relax and enjoy a peacefull stay surrounded by grasing horses and close to bird and seal sanctuary. Take a trip to Møns white cliffs, some of DK’s most beutifull nature or go to CPH, only 1 hour 15 minutes from here. Visit the small towns round the area, all offering restaurants, museums and things to see. We have a dog, she loves people and loves to greet you at arrival.
