New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafés and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. The guest house has everything you need for your stay, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, fast Wi-Fi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Malmö is a perfect city for cycling and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to our home!

Amazing 180˚ sea view, an hour's drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, lies this cozy cottage. Here you come back to grandma's cottage from 1971. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the cottage there is fiber connection so you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There's a trampoline and a campfire pit. There's a carport in the driveway. The price includes cleaning but excludes bed linen and towels.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
