Spacious and cosy family villa close to everything

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 10 and 14). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 7 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Sunset Lodge is a lovely Danish summer house with a large wooden terrace. Newly renovated in 2024, 97 m2. Enjoy direct sea view from the terrace/living room! Sunset Lodge is a newly renovated holiday home with a unique location. Here there is a direct view of the waters north of Falster with a view to Farø, Bogø and Møn. The sunset over the Farø Bridge is absolutely uniquely beautiful. Ore Strandpark has a private bathing beach with jetty a few minutes' walk from Sunset Lodge.

Villaen er smukt beliggende i stor have med udsigt over havet og høje Møn. Huset er en del af Teater Møn, en tidligere skole, som er et teater og kulturhus, hvor der løbende spilles teaterforestillinger, og afholdes forskellige events, men det foregår i stedets andre huse. Villaen der udlejes, er den gamle inspektørbolig, helt ugenert, med egen udgang til haven. Den er nyistandsat, og smagfuldt indrettet og velegnet til en eller flere familier, der lejer huset sammen.
