Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

The apartment contains 2 good large bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and an older retro bathroom. The tenant has the entire first floor to themselves with a private entrance. On our four-length farm, we offer a family stay with a focus on animals, good food, and tranquility. We have free-range hens, pigs, pygmy goats, rabbits with kids, cats, and dog. Everyone wants to be spoken to. We also run a farm shop with home brewed beer, bread and eggs. Possibility to buy breakfast - 75kr per adult 50 for children. Possibility to buy pizza evening, where we light up the stone oven and serve sourdough pizzas (100 kr). Feel free to let us know the day in advance.
