Området er roligt og med et flot bølgende terræn, der lægger op til gåture langs vandet og ofte byder på smukke solnedgange. Hvis man er heldig (og stille) kan man se rådyr/egern/fasaner i haven Huset er indrettet til samvær i stuen foran brændeovnen og afslapning i solen på terrassen. Huset er bedst egnet til fire personer, men kan også huse seks personer i sommerhalvåret

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a quiet courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Please feel free to take coffee and use the coffee machine. Update: Facade is fully renovated! No longer construction. Feel like you’re home 🏠

Klassisk lille sommerhus (ikke-ryger) bygget 1960, beliggende ved Nationalpark Skjoldungernes Land. Kun 100 m til fjorden ad en lille skovsti. Huset ligger på en stor grund og har en dejlig vildtvoksende og ugenert have mod syd. Der er udepejs til aftenhygge på terrassen, og Weber gri ll Legehus til småbørnene i haven, samt bærbuske og krydderurter i haven OBS. Der er indrettet ny entre, og bygget helt nyt badeværelse hvor der før var junior kammer. Nyt dobbelt værelse i annekset

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
