Beautiful modern apartment in a lovely area in Melbourne with easy tram access to the CBD. Could not ask for more … Jonathan is very responsive and we greatly appreciate the flexibilities to have an early check in as we arrive verly early in Melbourne. Love the super comfy bed, linen luxury, squeky clean bathroom and complete kitchen amenities. Would love to come back!!!

I loved my stay at John’s place! The apartment was lovely, airy & spacious with great views out over the treetops. I really enjoyed the arty touches around the place, not to mention the very comfy bed. The electric blanket was a nice surprise! Transport was plentiful & nearby to wherever I wanted to go, and it was a quick walk up to all the shops & restaurants of Clarendon St and South Melbourne Market. John was a great host, he sent me very clear instructions for how to get in on my arrival, and even arranged an early check in for me. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne! We had a last minute booking at around 7pm, check in was flexible and the instructions are clear. The place is tidy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Our family had a great time here! Will definitely come back next time!

We spent a great week at Roz’s fabulous apartment. The apartment itself is modern, clean and very well appointed. We started and ended each day on the balcony, watching the early morning balloon flights drift overhead, and in the evenings taking in the magnificent views of the illuminated city skyline. Locationally, the apartment was ideal. Albert Park was an easy walk, and the train into downtown Melbourne was one block away. We couldn’t have asked for a greater variety of restaurants all with a 2 - 3 block radius. There was a cafe next door, and a grocery/wine store just down the street. As a host, Roz was always available to us, to answer questions and offer suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and plan on rebooking the apartment the next time we visit Melbourne!

An amazing host as she was always responsive. The cleaning agency maid did a poor job in cleaning and washing up but after notifying Una, she sorted it out and even provided a token of goodwill. We were unlucky that the weather was warm when we were in Melbourne city, so only 1 bedroom has an aircon, therefore we had to move the other double bed to the main room where 4 of us slept in the same room. Parking was tight for an SUV, much suited for a smaller car. Apart from that, the place is not really suitable for young infant or toddler.

Spent nearly five weeks in Suzanne’s apartment spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a long stay very spacious and the bed was really comfortable took some getting used to not a lot of natural sunlight but the beautiful garden terrace made up for that .Suzanne was very responsive and answered any query very quickly .The apartment was in a perfect location and we would definitely stay again.

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

we loved the time staying at Vaquay's. well communication. great location. great view. we especially love the indoor balcony. as we can chill there watching good view at night without feeling freezing. the space with a lot of indoor plants which stands out different vibe compared with other Airbnb. highly recommend.

A lovelt quiet apartment with comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to restaraunts and cafes. A very clean space which was a great base for our Melbourne adventures.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable, thoughtful gifts, like wine and a litre of milk, chocolate biscuits! The beds were incredibly comfortable as were the balcony seats. Claire responds promptly and is extremely helpful in every way. We had an incredibly comfortable relaxing stay close to everything we could ever need!

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!

Excellent location. Very walkable to everything we needed. The view is breathtaking and magical - particularly at night. The accommodation had everything you’d need.
