It was inaugurated in July 2024. This large 32 m2 studio overlooks a 14 m2 terrace leading to the garden equipped with a secure above-ground swimming pool. The living room has a leather sofa, a TV with Canal+ decoder, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The room for two people is separated by a screen.
