Vacation rentals with a patio in South Philadelphia

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Patricia was a delight to communicate with! The basement apartment was a perfect choice for my son and I to share a three day trip for his 13th birthday celebration. We went to a Phillies game, toured the city, and spent a day out at the Jersey Shore. This location was perfect home base for us. It was so much nicer than a hotel room IMO, and I enjoyed coffee in the back yard garden each morning. Everything was so nicely furnished, stocked and ready for us when we arrived. Patricia truly exceeded expectations. Thanks for making a memorable father/son trip even better!

What a beautiful loft. I was in town for a graduation and this place was a perfect location to rest and enjoy Philly. Very walkable and close to grocery store and the zoo. I felt safe as solo traveler and the unit was so cute. Very nice decor and lovely bathroom. Very comfy mattresses. Also it was quiet. Michelle at the front desk was extremely helpful and Emma was great with providing information. A big Plus… private garage parking. Bagel/coffee shop right next door. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Manayunk. Walkable to downtown. Having a parking spot was ideal. The space is beautiful and unique. We enjoyed our trip and would stay again on another trip to Philly!

Very nice clean apartment. Was very cosy and comfortable. Close to downtown Philly and University City. The neighborhood could get noisy at times especially on weekend evenings. There were some ants crawling here and there, I assume it was from the balcony. But honestly overall, such an amazing place, no place is perfect but this comes close. Would totally recommend.

My family and I had a great stay at Nick’s listing! It was as described and near many things we wanted to do in Philadelphia. Nick was responsive with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!

We were in Philly to see a show at World Cafe Live and stayed for one night. JH Rentals provided very clear instructions, it was easy to check in/out, and the unit looked just like the pictures. The space was very clean and had hair ties as an amenity which I had not seen before and came in handy! Overall, giving this 5 stars! There are some areas for improvement, but many JH rentals does not have direct control over. Pros: -walkable and not far to World Cafe Live -very clean space and looks like the pictures -good amenities -walkable to drexel -secure building -very cool rooftop sitting location -comfortable beds and couches Cons: -noisy at night, the master can hear everything going down below -limited parking, but you could find a spot within a few blocks -the refrigerator stated the filter needed to be changed -side table lip was peeling off and there were instruction stickers still on them -scuffs on walls -trash bin pull out is broken Would stay again, thank you!

Tastefully decorated. Spacious rooms. All is brand new. Great neighborhood to explore cafes & restaurants. Many bars in the neighborhood, however we did explore them. I would return! Definitely recommend to those who are fit… many more steps than Rocky’s famous steps.

stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! From the very beginning, Ryan was friendly, responsive, and committed to making our stay enjoyable. “The Executive” was just as described—modern, clean, and comfortable. When we realized we forgot my husband’s suit pants hours before our niece’s wedding, I contacted Ryan and he quickly directed us to a nearby store—problem solved! We truly appreciated his help and hospitality.

Meghan's place was just right for our family and our stay. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved having a hang out space in the basement with their own TV and toys! Everyone got their own room and space. It was nice to walk out and be within a short distance to the museum, the Penitentiary, parks, etc. The only downsides were steep steps from the main floor to upstairs, but Meghan had that covered with baby gates which was awesome! Peace of mind that no little ones would go up or down if in place. Parking was iffy, but we managed to get a spot not too far away. Other than that, such a lovely little home with space to spread out. We loved our stay and would book again!

I stayed here for my birthday and got to enjoy a lot of Philly without having to travel far. The house is really nice and even the outside has its own charm. Everything about it was nice thank you Angela for letting us stay!!

As described -- great stay for a large group

If you are looking to do something near u Penn this property is about a 2 mile safe walk and their are a variety of restaurants within about a quarter mile walk. Lovely park nearby

This was a great little row-house Airbnb on the South side of Philly conveniently located between the airport and downtown. It's also very proximate to the sports stadium in far-south Philly. Cassandra was great throughout our stay, checking on us and even stocked the fridge with some food after our late night flight arrived and everything was closed. There's a bit of daytime noise associated with any airbnb in a bigger city like this, but everything quietened down at night and we slept great. Very safe and walkable. We took metro transit buses and rail lines everywhere we needed to go during our week. Great place! You will like :)

Lot's of space. Appears to be a relatively new construction. No problems with parking. Very competitively priced. Very responsive owner.

Great Stay in Philly! Natasha’s condo was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Philadelphia! The space was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We did run into a small issue with the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, and Natasha actually messaged me asking when she could come by to fix it — I didn’t see the message until the day before we left, so that was completely on me. I really appreciated how proactive she was about it. We also had an issue with the door lock, but Natasha came out right away to replace the battery. She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!

This was a really cozy and well designed spot. Beds were very comfortable. We felt really at home while here and host was exceedingly accessible! Enough towels and cleaning products for our stay. A few seasonings and coffee in the cabinet. I would happily stay here again. We are southern folk in town for an event at Franklin Field. Sprouts is a 7 minute walk from the home. Dave and Busters even closer, but that’s about it. Not a very walkable area although next to water. You’ll love the home, but if you need to get about the city, you need a car, public transport or a budget for Uber/Lyft. Not far from Independence Park, ChinaTown, and City Hall, but not walkable. I think the home is bigger than the pictures’ impression. Loved it here. Google pics are old so don’t be afraid 😂😂😂

The property was clean and matched the description, which made for a comfortable stay. While the host’s communication could have been a bit more timely, everything else went smoothly overall. I would recommend this place to others looking for a reliable stay.

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.
