Great stay! Accurate description, nice shower, convenient location.

This Airbnb is my favorite one I’ve stayed at so far. Everything looks just like the pictures. It was clean although the blanket had a stain on it. Parking is kinda horrible unless you find a parking lot. The area is peaceful although construction is being done right beside the building. The area is walkable to a lot restaurants and more.

I stayed here with my husband and my sister/brother-in-law. We spent the weekend in Philly for a Post Malone concert. Elise's place is in a great location. We were able to walk to and from the stadium (roughly 1.3 mile walk), the neighborhood is safe, but an Uber is also just 10 min for about $20 and easy to get matched with drivers. There are many cute and highly rated restuarants within walkable distance. The apartment is spacious and there is decent privacy since the rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. We had a great time and will definitely choose this place again the next time we are in Philly.

The airbnb is in a great spot and is perfect for someone who wants to be right in the middle of Rittenhouse while staying budget friendly. The unit is fairly basic which in my opinion is the best thing for those not planning on staying at the unit most of the day. This was great for me since I spent most of my time at the Penn Medical buildings and only needed to come home to sleep. While the place looks a bit dated, it was all very clean, tidy, and had pretty much everything you need to make food if necessary. It was a little hard to get in at first, but the pictures they provided helped a lot. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the stay and had no major issues!

This place was exceptional! The apartment was do clean and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in! Everything was as described and immaculate! George was amazing as a host. Very proactive to make sure that we were settled and had everything we needed. This location is great and very easy to get downtown on the trolley line (literally a 2 min walk). The 40th subway station is a 10 min walk. There are tons of places to eat around as well! We will definitely be trying to stay here in the future!

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

The space was great, spacious and clean. Street parking situation was also better than other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in Philadelphia.

Super nice, clean apartment. Very quiet building. The bed was super comfy. Really enjoyed the rooftop and gym. Very cozy stay just 1 minute away from the subway, and easily walkable to lots of attractions and a cute 24 diner with very friendly service. Everyone in the building was very nice, quiet and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to South Philly. This apartment was easy to find and is in an excellent location; it was clean and comfortable and featured a full Kitchen. All communications were especially pleasant, helpful and timely.

Had a great few-night stay at this unit! Was exactly as advertised, and had a great small desk setup for working. The Keurig was nice to have, and the bathroom was relatively clean. Air conditioning is very effective. Great area with lots to do and very walkable for where I needed to go. Thank you!

Tatenda was terrific--she was always responsive and helpful in answering any questions and helping me overcome some the high tech issues with which I was unfamiliar--A+ on all accounts.

Stayed in Unit 608 and the views were incredible from the balcony! Great sized unit centrally located to all the tourist locations!

My two friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It is very updated, clean and just a really cute place. We would definitely stay again. The neighborhood felt safe. The bar across the street was a great place to hang out and watch the baseball game and have a drink and some really good food! The lady bartender was super nice! We walked to a little cafe called Holy Cannoli. HIghly recommend! Thier avacado toast and cannolis were the best I have ever had! We were there for a baseball game at Citizens Bank Park. This airbnb was a perfect location for a quick Uber to the stadium, where you can walk around to see up close all three stadiums for the Eagles, Phillies and 76ers. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. Its a nice place to just chill out, and the location is perfect. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and charming apartment. Host was very responsive and helpful. Its was 100 degrees in Philly when we were there but the apartment had a great cooling system so we stayed very comfortable. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

Great place to stay for our one night stay in Philly. Very reasonably priced and clean room with comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub was definitely a plus. Thank you for letting us stay!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!

This location is as advertised and we had a great stay. Very convenient location with loads to do / eat. Similar to another guest's review, we are not able to enjoy the beautiful bathtub (not even to just soak our tired feet after a full day of walking) as water pressure is weak/ very slow. Other than this one minor issue, the unit is great with good amenities and would love to stay again. Never once did I have to Uber - everything is done via public transport with very convenient options.
