Accommodation comprises a spacious double bedroom, bathroom and well equipped snug sitting room all accessed by a private entrance from a shared hallway. This is a private apartment taking the entire upstairs of their house.Breakfast provided with homemade fare. Parking on drive incl; EV charging (small fee).Great road and rail links.

Easy access to Central London for short trips with a quiet place to stay privately. You got Backside Park for early morning walks... It has a fridge freezer. I booked Ursula place last minute and was impressed with the experience. The space was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described -perfect for what I needed. Despite the late booking, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything seamless. it felt comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely like a home away from home. I'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay.

Such a lovely airbnb experience. Andrea and Ross made this trip a home from home when I visited my family. The room is wonderful and bathroom super clean as well. I has local family, but central London is only a 15 minute walk to Watford junction station, Then 20 minutes to central London. This is a perfect spot to explore London by train and tube (metro). Thank you, Andrea and Ross.

Rustig plek en hele vriendelijke eigenaren. Metro station is op loopafstand ( 10 min). Centrum van London is bereikbaar met metro ( treinen) binnen 10/15 min.

This was our second stay at Leah’s place, and we loved it just as much as the first time. It truly felt like coming home. Everything was spotlessly clean again, and our personal highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed – it’s even more comfortable than our own at home, and that’s really saying something! Leah is a wonderful host, and we wholeheartedly recommend her place to anyone. If we could, we’d give it 10 stars. We’d love to come back next time we’re in the area.

Das Zimmer und angrenzende Bad sind wirklich sehr sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Bett war bequem und es wurde sogar Tee und Kaffee bereit gestellt. Die Unterkunft insgesamt ist sehr schön. Der restliche Teil des Hauses ist bewohnt und eine eigenständige Nutzung der Küche haben wir nicht gehabt, aber auch nicht explizit danach gefragt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und schön. Perfekt wenn man dies primär als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nutzen möchte. Für ein Londontrip ist es ein wenig Fahrerei, aber auch gut machbar und es gibt einen Bahnhof in der Nähe. Lorri hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Man konnte sich nett unterhalten und sie hat auch Empfehlung für die Umgebung gemacht. Man hat sich nicht so oft gesehen, aber wenn dann kurz nett gequatscht. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
