Villa vacation rentals in South Kuta

We loved our stay at Villa Tuamotu. The house is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, and feels very spacious throughout. The outdoor area was truly exceptional - far better than what you usually find in Bali. All staff were incredibly friendly. We were welcomed with flowers and drinks, and they even helped with our laundry. A perfect mix of comfort, style, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

The villa is stunning. The couches, bed, and pillows are all very comfortable too. We loved being within walking distance of Thomas beach and great food shops. We also weren’t expecting such great jungle views from the second story but loved that too! The guidebook left for us was very helpful and checkin/out was super easy. If we needed anything, the team responded in less than 5 minutes.

Ayu was very helpful and checked with us daily if every thing was ok and if we required any assistance. The place was as described, great ambience and private. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. The resort was responsive to our needs. I felt I had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Stunning place to stay, hosts were extremely attentive and assisted us with a bunch of requests. The villa is not easily walkable to other restaurants but Gojeks/Grabs are easy to catch

Super happy with the hospitality from staff. The pool was beautiful and there are great views from the upper dining area and lookout. Perfect location with only a few minutes road to both between Bingin & Dreamland. The villa had a peaceful and quiet atmosphere to enjoy and relax.

This place was AMAZING! Everything was perfect. Like a fairytale. Don’t hesitate to book it! Also, the beds were super comfortable. All the amenities were more wonderful than listed. They arranged a breakfast and dinner for us! It was delicious! We would’ve loved to have every meal there.

Lovely villa with lots of space and facilities. Good location next Culture Park. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Outside space and pool was lovely and a great way to relax after a day out. Villa is close to supermarket and places to eat. Recommend for the area.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb we have stayed in. The interior is well designed with groovy furniture and your own pool. The hosts offer a range of services to make you feel at home. We would highly recommend this place to anyone considering. Daily housekeeping is a plus with a deep clean before each stay. Cafes and restaurants are within 10 minutes drive.

Wow! Where do I even begin to describe my experience in such a beautiful sanctuary with lovely hosts and staff?! Lucas and Rossina's home is like nothing I've ever experienced. The minute you walk in to the villa, you are in awe of how beautiful the architecture and lay out of the home is. It's absolutely stunning like out of a magazine! It's an extremely clean villa, the kitchen is equipped with all the amenities that you need. It's a quite and peaceful villa but also steps away from a great street with restaurants and nice shops. The hosts provided a wonderful nanny to take care of my 7 month old, so I could go surf early in the mornings. The staff that cleans the home are the sweetest souls that we all cried when we left, full of hugs and gratitude. I have to say this is one of the best places I've ever stayed in (globally). I will definitely return. They are amazing hosts and if I could I would give this place a 10 star rating! Thank you

Loved our stay at this villa! The place was super clean and looked just like the photos. The rooftop and sauna were such a vibe. The team was really helpful too, setting us up with a driver and giving great recs for restaurants and beach clubs. Felt like we had our own little concierge! Chill spot, close to everything in Uluwatu. Would totally come back!

Wow 🤩 ❤️ What an amazing family holiday villa. We were a family of 13 people. Ages ranging from 16months to 82 years young. Spacious, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Villa exactly as described and just like the photos. The pool was an oasis to cool off in after exploring and big enough for 6 active kids and 7 adults. The bar fridge was re-stocked daily and very reasonable prices, bintangs, wine and cool drinks. Drinking water refilled every day also. Lovely breakfast included every morning and right on time as requested by us. The location was fabulous. Nusa Dua is a beautiful, quiet area of Bali. We had extended family staying at the Sofitel, 4min walk to the beach and 20min walk up to the Sofitel and other resorts, restaurants along the beachfront. Great laundry just up from Villa and massage place Rahayu. Awesome restaurants out on Main Street also, we enjoyed Balilicious and JD sports bar. Circle K had safe money exchange. Above all amazing staff, thank you all so much 🙏

The place was lovely. Very peaceful area away from the busy streets. Komang was very accomodating. Helped me arrange a pickup from the airport. Service was incredible, he helped us out with everything we needed and was very responsive to messages. We would love to stay here again.

The staff at Arpana Villas deserves 20 stars. Friendly, helpful, but most of all, kind and extremely proactive. They understood our request for quiet and refrained from machine lawn work until making sure we were out for the day. (They mostly used quiet brushes for work, which was wonderful.) Anything we needed, they were on top of it, including amazing breakfasts adhering to our dietary needs. We felt like individuals. The property itself is gorgeous, sprawling, and the villa is amazing. Huge, within your own walls, is the kitchen, two "houses" for the bedrooms with bathrooms, pool, and ample yard space. You don't see any other guests. The beds could be softer (3-inch memory foam toppers do wonders). The pool had way too much chlorine. The staff added extra water to try and help. The cleaning crew is efficient. The only big disappointment was the road noise. While you don't see the road, you hear it. All day and night, at times very loud. Adding soundproofing to the houses would help.

Incredible view, beautiful and clean property, very well-equipped with everything you may need! Highly recommend! Just be ready to walk about 5-8 minutes to get to the villa, which includes walking down some stairs to get there.

Monica has been really available anytime from the check-in. She's a lovely woman full of energy and she will help you to have the best stay at her place. The location is good, not so far from the Main Street in Uluwatu that you can join in some minutes by scooter. You have all commodities for your stay. I can only recommend this place for your stay in Uluwatu

This was by far the best place we’ve stayed in Bali! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and so thoughtfully curated. We were greeted with welcome drinks, and the extra touches — like a pillow menu and choosing a custom scent for the room — made it feel like a boutique luxury experience. The villa was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was well taken care of — from the high-quality linens to the amenities provided. The staff was warm, professional, and always available if we needed anything, while still giving us plenty of privacy. It felt like a true home away from home, just with all the perks of a 5-star stay. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for comfort, service, and something a little special, this villa is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Hi, we have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and the photos and description don’t do justice of how great this Villa is! The private pool is fantastic with a beautiful ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. Everything is within walking distance. We had an amazing stay. Thank you!

A great stay at this beautiful villa… Clean home with daily housekeeping service. Oka is a great host they overstayed when we were not able to checkin on time. Also have good recommendations on places to visit and food options. Really responsive and just a ping away. We loved our stay, pool is awesome to laze around in afternoon and restaurant next door has great food

We loved our stay at Poppy's Place. Nikki was always quick to respond to our questions and the location was fabulous. Such a great place for kids, and the coffee from the wellness centre was delivered to us every morning which was A++

Nu’s villa is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing time in Bali. Easy to get to the nearby beaches by car. Amazing view from the main bedroom and pool upstairs. We had a great time.

Such a great place to stay. This was our favourite Airbnb during our 3 weeks in Bali & the Gili Islands. The host was responsive, the space was clean and the garden was truly beautiful and well maintained. We needed to get Grabs to the main areas of Uluwatu but that wasn’t unknown to us before our stay, so not an issue. I’d highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much!!
