Vacation rentals with lake access in South Karelia

We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

Lovely farm setting. It was nice to visit the beach sauna at the end of a long cycling trip. Mummola was nostalgic and in peace, I highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay! We stayed 3 nights and we loved it! Perfect for some relax with a lot of walkable routes, the sauna in the house and right on the lake. The only problem we had was with the wifi, who wasn’t really working. We can definitely recommend this place :)

We have had a wonderful short stay at the Mökki. Check in was super easy, everything was as it was described. Comfortable beds, amazing view, quiet & peaceful. A great sauna! Johanna replies very fast. Definitely recommend this place and hope we can be back for a longer stay next time. Kiitos paljon, Johanna!

Very good trip!

Beautiful timber house in the woods, with own access to Lake Saimaa. Though close to Mikkeli centre and all of its facilities. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda, watching the great view. Go there, you will not regret it.

Beautiful setting, spacious house with everything we could want on a short stay. The mosquito nets on the windows were very useful. Sari was very welcoming and accommodating from the start. When we arrived, she made us feel at home and even baked some fresh blueberry cakes for us. We would highly recommend Sari's holiday home, as it's truly beautiful, comfortable and restful.

Tidy apartment near downtown. We found everything we needed in the apartment.

Central,great location, everything you need, and even something extra was found. Great views from the balcony. We had to pick up a little parking spot probably because of the opera. We'll probably come back another time.

The spaces are larger than in the photos. Clean, functional spaces. Easy to check in.

Great place to stay: beautiful, clean, great views and above all everything ready for those traveling with small children. Up to two cabinets of toys! Time passed pleasantly and we all enjoyed ourselves.

The visit to Lappeenranta was successful, the location of the accommodation was great. We walked to the store for about 3 minutes, to the Tuju brewery restaurant for about 10 minutes. In the evening, we went swimming before the sauna at a nearby swimming spot, a summer evening at its best.

The apartment is very cozy and well-equipped. The nature around is beautiful, the area has great jogging terrain and great beaches. For those seeking peace and relaxation, the place is very suitable. Heidi responded very quickly to our messages and was always friendly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

The apartment was in a good location and charging the electric car was also successful. Nice apartment and beautiful landscape. The sauna was a bit disappointing when the use was limited to one specific hour. We didn't have time to go to the sauna. However, the glazed terrace was a nice place to sit in the evening and enjoy breakfast.

This cottage is super nice, located near lake in the wilderness, I can only highly recommend!

Our stay at Emmy's cottage was perfect. A wonderful place in a truly beautiful part of the world. The cottage had everything that you would want of a Finnish mökki holiday, and was the perfect base to explore Savonlinna and the whole Saimaa region. It made for a memorable experience. Nice little cottage in a quiet place👌

We spent a lovely cottage weekend enjoying the outdoors, swimming, and sauna. The stay was a short drive from services like a grocery store. There was a storm over the weekend and we were at the cottage for almost a day without electricity, but Markus handled it in the best way and without asking.

Simply fantastic. The house, the lake, the sauna, everything. You get what you see in the pictures and in addition super nice hosts. We were also very lucky with the weather and were therefore also able to use the terrace around the house a lot.

All great, a cozy little place with tons 8f character. Exactly as described. Recommended.

The place is even better than the pictures. Beautiful nature and peace of mind make you relax. The kids found frogs and lizards in the yard and were excited. The water is warm and from the end of the dock is a good jumping. Be sure to bring small floats as the beach is deep. There are plenty of outdoor games and things to do in the yard. Inside is a fierce collection of movies to watch. The kids and adults were very comfortable. We already miss back!

Honestly, the villa is more than wonderful and fully equipped, and its location is excellent for relaxation and recreation. Thank you Ville for your kind hospitality
