Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

This place is amazinggg!!! A spacious well-maintained unit that makes you want to stay longer… it’s also in a very strategic location, which is right next to one of biggest mall in Jakarta, so everything’s just a walk away. The facilities of the building is also great, a big pool, a well-maintained gym, oh! I also can’t get over the whirl pool! LOL. I will definitely consider to get back to this place. Thank you!

The owner so kind Ms Anita friendly and helpful even I asked her about if she knew anyone rent motorcycle and she was fast response and send me some recommendations therefore, high recommend for anyone want rent there. The room so clean and enough for two person, location also nice nearby many restaurants and cafe , the view wonderful, but one thing the location a bit far from central Jakarta but also not too much far around 30 min by motorcycle. Generally 10000⭐️/10

A nice, clean apartment in South Jakarta. It's larger than I thought, with a comfortable bed. The mall downstairs is convenient to get food and groceries. Alice is a great host, very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The second time staying in Kokas, with different owners. In travelibu the service is satisfactory, the place is clean, Alhamdulillah my dust allergy does not relapse, indicating that it is really cleaned and properly maintained the apartment, it is maintained by Kang yudi n team. It's easy to eat because you just walk to the Mall, easy access. Don't worry about parking. Check in is easy, when you want to Eid the lack of people, it's well served, 1 jar of nastar too. God willing, I will stay here again.

The location is great. The rooms are spacious and there're additional folded beds so the guests can use for sleeping or watching tv together. The helper mama memo was super responsive and gave the clear instructions when we asked about the free dedicated parking lot. Overall, my friend and i had a great staycation time, the place worth the money spent.
