Well, before I reached Reshma's place, I received her text with all the details. She greeted me very warmly, which is something every Airbnb host should learn. The rooms were very clean and nice, the washroom was spotless, and the view from the room was amazing. It was a very peaceful place, just 25 minutes away from Baba Neem Karoli's spot, around 9.7 km. The only thing was that the kitchen seemed a bit less clean, but otherwise, Reshma treated me very well. Thank you for having me!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nainital! The place was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view, making it the perfect spot for a short getaway. We stayed here for 2 nights, and what truly stood out was the absolutely stunning view of Naini Lake..right from the bed and balcony. The location is quite convenient too, just a 10-minute walk down a public staircase to Mall Road and the lake. Pallavi was a great host, always available with the right information at the right time. Caretaker Geeta, was also lovely and responsive whenever we needed assistance. A few things to keep in mind.. access to the homestay is physically challenging. one has to climb down over 100 steep steps from the parking area, and the climb back up can feel like a marathon (though staff is available to help with luggage). It's also advisable to have a clear understanding with the host regarding available amenities. Google Maps location on Airbnb was slightly off. Ask for correct location to avoid making a u-turn on narrow road with steep slope. Our stay was memorable.. the view alone makes it worth coming back. Will definitely visit again!

The place was exactly like photos and all the amenities were there it felt just like my own home, the host was amazing and extremely helpful, I would greatly recommend this place if you are looking for home with all the facilities and a peaceful environment.

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay with Stunning Lake View!”** We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Nainital. The home was extremely well-maintained — everything was neat, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was fully equipped with all essential utensils, so it's easy to cook your own meals if you bring your own ingredients. The washrooms were very hygienic and spotless, which we really appreciated. The space overall was more than enough — with two large bedrooms, a single bed, and a spacious layout that felt very comfortable. The highlight, however, was the balcony view — absolutely breathtaking! The lake is right in front of the property, making mornings and evenings extra special. There’s also a temple just 10–15 minutes away on foot, which was a lovely visit. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we’re definitely planning to come back here for our next trip.

pocket friendly stay just 1 minute before the Bhimtal lake the owner is very nice he can arrange whatever you need grocery milk chai whatever

Stay was good , place was good as shown in listing. But location of stay was much far away from shown bus stand nearby. Hence have to commute to steep up hill every time.

The property was great, very peaceful and easy to reach. Mr. Sanjay and local team were very responsive and helpful for smooth check in. Rooms were clean and best part was the ambience. In the morning there were dear sighting even from the balcony. Thanks for the Hospitality!!

Newly built by a travel enthusiast. Easily accessible as property is at the main road itself. We stayed at the 1st floor, with the layout of 2bhk , two rooms with attached washroom’s and balconies. Three things which you will love the most about this property 1. The sun facing hill view attached spacious balcony perfect to soak up winter sunlight and have your breakfast. 2.If you love cooking from breakfast to your main course for dinner , the kitchen is fully equipped with branded equipment’s like blender, induction with induction utensils along with separate gas stove, water dispenser , toaster, connected heater for warm water , wide range of cooking utensils, nothing has been missed on this part .3. Personally I’m particular about one thing with homestays is sanitary ware and toiletries and this property will provide you the best in class washrooms you have ever expected from ahomestays. Parking space in front of your apartment.Heater’s for each room .
