Fantastic 3 night stay in very clean apartment (loved the windows). The most fabulous location in one of the city’s most beautiful art deco buildings. Walking distance to the city’s best restaurants, bars and shops. In fact great cafe’s etc literally outside front door. Neat sliding door to aid sleep. Can be a bit noisy mainly on Thurs and Fri night, but was armed with earbuds and once sliding door closed didn’t notice at all Host very responsive and def recommend..

Great stay at Kim’s apartment. It was centrally located, and very easy to get to places by walking or tram. The apartment was a lovely, cozy space. Free parking was also a huge plus. Thanks Kim!

John was a great host! extremely helpful and replied back within a good amount of time. The apartment was perfect! bars, cafes and shopping right at the doorstep, also South Yarra train station if you want an easy trip into the CBD. Will definitely use again. Thanks fir everything John!

We stayed at Siobhan’s apartment over the F1 weekend & it was perfect. Location made it easy to walk to the track & go to the city or casino at night. Lovely, cosy apartment, was perfect for our needs.

Great space and location in South Yarra. It's clean and tidy, and the apartment building is in a handy location next to the supermarket, cafes and public transport, with the river 5 minutes away for a jog/walk. It's easy to check in and check out as well.

A lovely place for our extended family to come together for a weekend. Plenty of room to hang out, with own bedrooms. Great location, and wonderful View

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Lorraine is a great host and supported our needs that were arisen after our booking. She is quite approachable and kind enough to accommodate our requirements. The property was also in good shape and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was delightful and really well appointed. The drawers and cupboards were filled with everything we needed, and more. The bathrooms were clean, white and functional. It was great to walk in both directions to the beach, and the shops and we loved the little lane that allowed a short cut to the front beach. We got a couple of 35 degree days so the aircon was really important and worked really well. The new blue towels and the crunchy white sheets were a treat too. We loved this house and we’d stay again.

My family from NZ really enjoyed staying at the house. It was right on the beach and one block from where I live, so really convenient. Big house with lots of bedrooms. Air hockey and Xbox for kids. Danielle was very helpful and flexible with accommodating our group. Thanks

Julia And Marcus were wonderful hosts; the house was exactly as pictured and there was plenty to do for our three kids. There is a nearby playground within a few minutes walk which was really handy and the house was comfortable for our family of five. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check in and instructions were clear. Would highly recommend!

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?

The property was well located and very comfortable with large areas to relax and spread out. Everything was as expected and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. The kids really enjoyed the pool everyday even though the weather was ordinary. Luckly the pool had a heating option, which we used. Thankyou to owners and peachy properties.

Easy to get around from - with tram stops close by and lots of places to see within walking distance too.

very cozy place, the parking is very convenient, a supermarket is just walking distance. will definitely recommend and will choose to stay here again when i visit point cook again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was absolutely perfect and close to everything in downtown. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Highly recommend staying here.

Rita‘s place was exactly as described and shown. She was extremely responsive, I had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day however it was fixed very quickly. Her space was extremely clean and tidy, and it had an absolutely stunning view. It was centrally located to everything, and was extremely quiet for being in the middle of the city. I would 100% stay here again.
