The host, Esther, is very responsive and gives good recommendations on food to try around the area. She even had a welcome snack for us in case we were hungry after long hours of driving to Penang! Checking in was easy as it's done via an easily accessible locked mailbox. However, before driving into the carpark for the first time, someone has to collect the carpark payment card if you do not have your own TnG card. The suite is very clean, even in hard-to-reach corners. Many household needs are covered too, including a TV, washing machine (washing powder and softener included), clothes dryer, many hangers, enough utensils for 5+ people, dish-cleaning soap etc. Great location - connected to a mall that includes a supermarket with everything needed. Another new mall across the overhead bridge too. Food choices nearby were good, a lot of restaurants and an open-air food center selling delicious authentic local food. Fully recommend to anyone who is staying in Penang for a while!

We had a wonderful stay. We booked 2 apartments since we're a big group travelling to Boracay with 3 Senior Citizens and kids. Dennis helped me book the 2nd apartment with ease as I had some requests which I am really grateful because he agreed and was easy to talk to. His place is really nice with complete amenities. It is close to all establishments like Dmall, restaurants, etc. From the apartment, it is a 7-minute walk to Station 2 beachfront then 3-minute walk to Bulabog beach. The staff is really nice and friendly too. I was able to meet the wife Chelle and the staff Chello who helped us with our early check-in.

Robin and his partner, Nicholas, are some of the best hosts there are on airbnb. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and very comfy. A washer in the apartment, a good gym, and a nice pool in the building. I highly recommend Robin's place.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places on and off Airbnb and this is definitely top 3. Stayed for 2 months and enjoyed it. Francis and the crew are super chill, organized, and really helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. This is défini the app t. Highly highly recommend.

Blue was very responsive throughout our stay, it was cosy with the best view of the Twin Towers! The infinity pool also had a breathtaking view of Twin Towers. The place is extraordinary easy to get around being in the heart of the city with easy transport connections and plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Blue was extremely kind to extend our check out time on the last day which really helped with our flight timings. I would definitely stay again at Blue’s place.

Location was great, right above Paradigm Mall. Access to the mall was easy too. Unit was as advertised- basic and clean with a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms. Bathrooms were also clean with soap and shampoo provided. Towels provided. One bedroom had a small bed for a kid, which was great. We stayed for one night only so it’s good for us. Host allowed us to check in earlier which was great too! Only thing to take note is probably the access- it was a little difficult to access the carpark after checkout but we managed to do so with the help of the security guard. But overall good value for this stay! Thank you!

Unfassbar schöne, große und sehr gut angebundene Unterkunft direkt an einer Mall mit grandioser Aussicht vom Balkon. Wir haben 4 Tage in Kuala Lumpur verbracht und haben es so genossen. Es könnten noch einige Kleinigkeiten das Apartment perfekt machen, da alle Schränke leer waren. Etwas Salz und Pfeffer, einen Wasserkocher und ein bisschen Liebe zum Detail...dann wäre es ein Traum mit Sahnehäubchen. Aber das ist wirklich nichts, was den tollen Aufenthalt schmälert. Das Fitnesscenter ist auf dem neusten Stand, der Pool ist toll, der security service ist super freundlich und Quenie antwortet und reagiert so schnell wie möglich. Kuala Lumpur, Wir kommen wieder und wenn das Apartment frei ist, kommen wir auch wieder hier hin.

Bon logement et bon rapport qualité prix. Il est situé dans une petite ruelle avec uniquement quelques 2 roues qui passent donc assez calme comme logement. Néanmoins un peu décentré des quartiers populaires mais vous pouvez louer un scooter auprès de AIRBNB.

An absolute gem of a place right in the heart of the city. Clean, modern, slick design. I just want to say that you can really tell the difference when the owner actually cares about their property and people who live there, as opposed to so many others in Da Nang who are just trying to milk it to the last penny. Kevin is amazing - great host, great person. The apartment has everything you need, and even a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board. I really enjoyed my stay and lowkey wish I stayed there longer. Support Kevin and his family ❤️

We had a wonderful stay here. Angel, Mary’s sister, was very hospitable and she always checks in if we needed something else. She gives privacy to her guests as well. She’s a very nice person with a very trustworthy vibe. The place exactly looked like what is was in the photos. It was very clean when we arrived. It was very peaceful. Overall, our stay here was worth the money that we paid for. Thank you very much to Mary & Angel for making sure that we’d never feel that we are away from home.

Wonderful, comfortable stay. This is my second time here in two years and both times were pleasant. Host is prompt and considerate; supermarket opposite to the premise is convenient; and only a short distance to many areas of interest in District 1. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment with mall. Room is clean n tidy. Washing machine is provided which is ideal for longer stay. Lots of good food in the area. However this unit does not provide free parking. U can park at the street parking. The row to the apartment is usually full. Can park at next row.

We’ve been to Saigon many times and was looking for a place a bit out of the touristy part of town. We found a wonderful spot at Bac’s place. It is in an older building but redone so tastefully!. We loved staying there! There is everything you would need for a relaxing stay. A big plus is the 2X weekly cleaning and laundry service and the big 5 gallon water bottle! The location is on a fairly busy alley that has coffee shops just across the street and a couple doors down. Many restaurants in the neighborhood and a small, well stocked grocery store about 1.5 blocks away. The WiFi was good, there was very good lighting, and the air con did not blast you while in bed! The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and a great shower. Shower gel and shampoo were supplied. We never cooked in the kitchen but they had supplies if you wanted to. We never saw a single bug in 3 weeks! Oh, the 6th floor terrace was so nice in the evenings with the breezes. We would love to stay again!

We had an amazing stay in this place. The apartment is cozy and nice, it is lovely to live here. Young Chan was very helpful and helped us to get a refund and have an early check-out because we found a place for permanent stay. I recommend everyone to stay here and have a nice time.

가성비가 넘 좋았어요 깨끗하고 방도 크고 단점이라면 위치가 올드타운이랑 떨어져 있다는 점 그정도네요 아래 약국이 있어서 찾기는 쉬워요 주인 아저씨도 친절하세요
