Beachfront vacation rentals in South East Asia

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. This beach house was pure magic! Angele was a superb communicator and made our stay extremely comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Also, don’t skip the host guide book! They absolutely nail all the best places to go and things to see in the area. We love, love, loved everything about this trip specifically because of this home :)

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Staff were extremely helpful, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The villa has modern amenities too, we will definitely go back.

had a great stay at this place as a large group of 11 adults plus 1 dog! The space was just right, spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped, but cozy enough to all hang out in the common area and bond over meals, karaoke, and late-night chats. The location is a huge plus, it’s literally less than a minute walk to the beach, with easy access to fun water activities like dragon boat rides, banana boats, swimming, and even ATVs nearby. The bedroom setup was perfect for a big group, with 5 double-deck bunk beds that can easily fit up to 20 people. The only downside was the lack of signal and an unstable WiFi connection, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to work remotely or stream movies/shows. Even cellular signal was weak. But honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, it gave us the chance to really disconnect from screens and reconnect with each other. Overall, an awesome spot for group trips where bonding and beach time are the main goals!

We love this place. Joy & Lutz are amazing host. Very kind, friendly and helpful. We were only booked for 2 days but wish we could've stayed longer. Looking forward to staying at this beautiful house again soon. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Playa Norte! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Every little detail was well thought out, from the complete amenities to the stylish decor that made it so IG-worthy. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. It was truly the perfect escape—exactly what I needed. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

The place was beautiful and spacious. Perfect if you want to relax and wanted a home away from home. The hosts were very accomodating and answers our queries in a timely manner. The place is also very clean and had a great homey vibes. Walking distance from the beach which we all love. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Devi’s Place is a lively villa in an idyllic location surrounded by trees right on the beach. Very clean, well maintained and well equipped by Siki who provides a hearty breakfast and takes care of any needs. The pool was also excellent. Highly recommended for visitors to Tejakula.

For our second time in Mactan, this place was perfect, we love it here! We had a great and comfortable stay. Ms. Myrlin and Ms. Cheryl were very accommodating and easy to reach. We had a small issue with the bathroom door, but they were quick to assist us, and we’re grateful for that. I suggest providing simple condiments like salt and pepper, as they would be very helpful. A board game or two would also be a nice addition. Are we going to book this place again? Definitely yes! (I hope it’s available.) We enjoyed a fantastic stay with our family with 3 kids! What kind people and beautiful place!☀️ Cindra can cook deliciously and offered what we needed or asked for. It was neat, lots of space, a nice swimming pool and right by the sea. A nice quiet area, to completely relax and unwind. Lanang can arrange anything for you. For example, a boat came to pick us up in the morning right on the beach to spot dolphins, wow! And a very nice snorkeling tour was arranged for us. They can also arrange groceries and a taxi for you. The garden is neatly maintained by the gardener every day and there is also a (night)doorman available. I'm sorry the week is over again. We'd love to come back! Thanks for the super nice week!🙏🏻

Thank You! Your villa is great/everything was excellent! 1. Location. The villa is a part of a closed resort (outside people can get to the beach buying separate tickets). There are not a lot of authentic restaurants in walking distance (there are 2 places, but You will probably want something outside), there are taxis ready. There are some shops and fruit markets in walking distance on the main street next to the complex. The villa is right next to the beach 1min. (beach is clean and well taken care of). We were super happy with it because the beach was excellent and territory was secure and well maintained. 2. The villa. Excellent villa - everything modern and new. (We did not know that cleaning each 2nd day is included in the price and were positively surprised. You have Your private pool + there is large complex pool and free gym 3. Host. Easy to communicate and all was smooth If I ever return, I will try to get the same villa. Thank You host!

Great location and beautiful villa. Vanessa is great host, responsive. Fruits and refreshing beverages were at fridge, waiting for us. And the christmascake as gift was amazing.

Real amazing host. Kevin took time to introduce every details of the house and its surrounding. The sun orientation etc.. Traditional house decorated with taste : traditional furniture with full modern functional amenties electrical kitchen, dishwasher etc... 20 meters from the private beach..very peaceful.. little private paradise!

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

The rented bungalow is part of a small beachfront resort. The site is enchanting, the views are stunning. The bungalows are well furnished, with terrace and hammock. There is a restaurant on site and the possibility to rent a scooter, essential for visiting the island. Other restaurants line the coast, with the possibility of eating directly on the beach. The bungalows are all wooden, no air conditioning but fans and mosquito nets. We are in the middle of nature, so plan mosquito repellent and earplugs because the birds are very early risers.

The beach house is beautiful—warm, cozy, and just the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Sally and John were wonderful, always helpful and welcoming. Our family really enjoyed our time at the seacamp, and we’d love to come back, maybe in April when the currents are calmer. It was a bit windy and rainy during our stay, so we didn’t get to swim as much as we’d hoped, but I can only imagine how perfect this place must be in April or May. The peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views made it a trip to remember. We can’t wait to return.

Great stay. The kids enjoyed it a lot. We were like vacationing but also like being at home. Every day was able to go to the beach and for such a price it was very frugal. Ke friendly is amazing. We came not by vehicle, the co-hosts of Mr. Nyoman and Mrs. Nyoman were very helpful, as was Alex's kk, a little embarrassed because we were helped too much even we borrowed a scooter. The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

A true beach house in a great location. A rustic open plan building that connects well with the pool, garden and beach. Good snorkelling right in front of the house. Travellers need to note that only the bottom and top rear bedrooms have air conditioning, the rest of the building including the top front bedroom does not, but it is open to fresh breezes and the sound of the sea. Wyan the senior Vila staff member does a great job of organising anything you want including transport to & from the Villa, scooter hire, laundry etc. Villa staff are excellent. Nengah is an excellent cook and as a result the food at the house was very good. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you to Nengah and the staff of the Bali Beach house.

The Beach Bungalow is a perfect place for family trips. The place has this nice 70’s hideaway vibe! Peaceful & homey. The beach is very kid & senior friendly– malinis ang sand & kalmado ang tubig! Beautiful sunset too! Probably the best sunset spot in Batangas. Thank you again for hosting our family, The Beach Bungalow & Sir Miggy! Will surely come back soon.
