Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South East Asia

We were a family of 16 with two small dogs when we visited Baguio, and I am soo glad we chose this place due to the following reasons: 1. Pet friendly-not a lot of nice places can really offer this. 2. Reasonable price- Others I found are too costly considering their restrictions and capacity. 3. Very responsive host-I immediately get responses no matter what time of day! 4. Super nice house-The place has a lot of rooms with a balcony and living room space for the whole family/group to hang out. There are rooms accessible to the elderly too 5. Complete amenities-everything you need is there that you would need on a household. My only gripe would be the challenge getting to the place - we can't really pin it on the map and got lost. If you're coming in with several vehicles, parking would be a challenge as the garage can only fit two. If there's a sedan, the location has pretty steep slopes too-might be difficult for it to navigate with full passengers and luggage. Highly recommended!

Lovely house overlooking a rice terrace and small private garden including a koi pond and Bali hut. Each bedroom had its own large bathroom and are separated by a full kitchen where Putu cooked us delicious breakfast each morning. It’s short walk down the beach, and you can walk to Balian Beach at low tide. Wayan can also organise a scooter for you to hire. Backs onto the main road so unfortunately a little noisy with traffic, but otherwise we loved staying there.

Our family had a great time in this old but beautiful home. We love the spacious veranda where the family hangout for drinks and throwback stories of our life. You can feel the peaceful Baguio atmosphere in this secluded place in the city. Smooth communication with Ms.Marlyn.

everything is very good, only the bathroom is a little dirty and there is a problem with the hot water which is really limited in capacity and you have to wait around 30 minutes for the hot water to function again

We had a really great stay - our group called this a “great find!” and very good for its price. Place is quite spacious with high ceiling. The bedrooms are spacious enough too, and we appreciate the clean linens and beddings, house slippers (for living room and bedroom) as well as provision of bath towels. Joy is a very responsive and accommodating host, she allowed us flexible check-in and check-out times given our travel circumstance. Kuya Joven is friendly too.

Judyline and Annabel were fantastic to work with! The place is very nice and near a river which brings nice sounds and birds singing. the caretaker is wonderful, her name is Annabel and she was very accommodating and kind. We did have a slight issue with the washer not being in the unit as the ad says. But again, Annabel took care of us and did a great job. Judyline was great with her recommendations for what to do in the area. The unit has plenty of beds which was great for our large group. The kitchen is also stocked with cooking ware, all you need is the food, which can be found at the many local markets. Judyline was great and Annabel was so wonderful and kind, she was always very happy to help! This area is really fun to explore, plenty to do, and this house is wonderful to stay in. The place is very clean n arrange well. They have wifi and tv also kitchen stuff. Only thing they don’t provide the towels.. additional payment for the towels if you requested it. We accidentally broke one of the plate due to big space between the plate holder,, I just pay it because we’re the one who’s responsible for it. Over all our stay is very good.. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. It was a comfortable stay in Ms Ngoc Anh's place. She is friendly and kindly guide me to check in. Everything was smooth. Highly recommend and will come back!

The place is highly recommended. My family of 15 stayed there for 3 days and they enjoyed and felt comfortable to the place. Very neat and organized, spacious and accessible to groceries and spots to visit. Sir Dexter is very helpful and responsive to all my queries in spite of the fact that I'm on the other country (USA). We had a great stay at this spacious and clean house in Baguio. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The caretaker was nice and let us check in early, though they were a little slow to respond sometimes. But they did check in with us before we checked out, which was good. The place was easy to find if you follow the Waze directions. One small improvement would be the cabinets, it could use a little cleaning as there were some items left inside. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we’d recommend it!

Would highly recommend the place for adventure and long term stay. The location is best for food lovers and party goers.

Our stay at this Airbnb was beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions I had before, during, and after our stay. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our trip. The check-in process was seamless, and the host even provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing time in Villa Avalon thanks to Endang and the whole team. The Villa features everything you need for having a good time. The beds are so comfy and outdoor bathrooms are spacious. The main road in Kuta Lombok with all the nice restaurants and shops is in walking distance. We also opted for a scooter to explore Lombok ourselves and got support from Endang and team in every matter. Would definitely recommend Villa Avalon to everyone!

Thank you to Dedo and the entire team for hosting us so well! They made us so easy to check in late in the evening when we arrived and looked after us the entire time. The villa is in a prime location - easy to travel down restaurants and cafes. We will definitely be back!

The villa looks exactly like the picture. The instructions are quite clear. The alley is small, and Innova car is the maximum size of the car that can go in front of the villa (fit in the alley). Kitchen utensils are quite complete. Overall The villa is quite well maintained except for the wood floor around the swimming pool which is dangerous because the small pieces of the wood can get stuck inside your feet. Management needs to refurbish the floor / do something with the wood floor. The air conditioning in the 1st room (wood door) is not that cold compared to the other room. Since it is not a beachfront villa, so if you want to go to the beach need to use a car/motorcycle. The place is within walking distance to Gusto Gelato, Naughty Nuris, and small circle K. Overall my family had a great time during Bali’s silent day in this villa.

This place is amazing! It’s so clean and they offer daily cleaning as well! It’s also near everything. And the balcony is perfect to jump in the pool. We are definitely coming back!

The villa was beautiful and provided so much peace for my trip. It was even better than the pictures. The on-site team was amazing, especially Pisit (5 stars for Pisit)!! After my stay, I am already planning my next trip to Chiangmai and will be staying at this beautiful home again.
