This lovely house is perfect for big groups! The building itself is old, but inside is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything, from the decor to the necessaries provided, are very well thought out and we were pleasantly surprised. The living room on the first floor is such a cozy and inviting space where everyone can hang around. The beds are comfy, and there is a toilet in every bathroom. The only downsides are the stairs being very steep and the location is not the easiest to get to via transport, but taxi in Tainan is pretty cheap. We also liked how the neighborhood is very quiet yet there are many restaurants nearby. It’s a truly local experience, and I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing architecture and design—great place to hole up on a rainy day. Plenty of privacy for a large group but also had great communal spaces for eating or gathering. A real gem and unlike any AirBnB we’ve found! Easy to walk to see sights and restaurants from this neighborhood,

Extremely helpful and friendly host. She helped me with travel and non travel related things (like finding a doctor for my son). She gave a lot of helpful recommendations about where to go, what to eat and buy etc. The air bnb is spacious and we liked having 2 washrooms. There were 2 televisions, which was great. The air BNB is close to 711, cafes and many local restaurants. McDonald's and Starbucks are 10 minutes away. There is a laundromat very close by. The neighbourhood feels cozy and safe. We hope to come back one day!

Overall, it's very comfortable, the room is clean, the entertainment equipment is sufficient, and the hot water is sufficient. The quilt is very comfortable, but the mattress is a little soft. My friend and I stayed at Ruby's place for two weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, from the lovely balcony to the sizable common area! Being able to wash and hang-dry laundry every day was a huge help. We also really enjoyed the close proximity to Jiankang Oasis Park and Anping! One thing to note is that without a car or motorbike, getting to the Tainan city center might be a bit far (~40 min by foot). However, my friend and I enjoyed the privacy, quiet neighborhood, and well-decorated, clean space. Ruby was also a very generous, welcoming host who checked in often and even offered cleaning services. Thank you for the lovely stay, Ruby!

I like the atmosphere of the house, the environment is clean and comfortable, the bed is super big and comfortable to sleep in, it is very close and convenient to go to the places I want to go, there are sockets on both sides of the bed, it is the best choice for a family to rent a house, the air conditioning is very cool. Next time I go to Tainan, I will choose this house again.
