The landlord is a kind-hearted, big-hearted female host who will not disturb customers but will do her best to provide quality service to customers, respect customers' privacy and accommodate customers' normal living habits, just the right space, especially suitable for a simple business trip.

I had a great stay at Malone’s place. It is located in the South district, easily accessible by bus, and it took around 20 mins to some main tourist sites in West Central district. The room is cozy and comfortable. Thank you Malone! A reminder to people who might carry large suitcases, there is no lift, and the room is on the 5th floor, therefore you have to carry the suitcases all the way up. Glad I got a small one ;)

Comfortable, peaceful, clean, the host was quick to respond, the only downside is that the hot water in the utility bathroom in the living room is not easily controlled is that it is not too hot to adjust all the time, the others are very satisfied.

this place is RIGHT on one of the best streets in Tainan you just walk up the street and there is infinite fantastic food and stores over like 5+ neighborhoods. the apartment itself is perfect and has absolutely everything you need, the owners greeted us and showed and explained everything to us!! really really fantastic!! do not sleep on the cheap but crazy good beef noodle and dumpling restaurant right underneath and also, don’t miss the incredible and affordable sushi from the sweet grandma also right next door the other way!

We stayed as a couple for 1 month in the apartment. The stay went wonderfully! We had to work by videoconference every day and the apartment was perfect for maintaining privacy. The living room is large with a dedicated workspace and very comfortable. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, which allowed us to have an extra workspace. The building is very quiet. We sleep very well! There are great little cafes and excellent restaurants in the area and even supermarkets (Carrefour). It is very convenient to take the bus to get anywhere in the city. Ruby was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed directions about the accommodation or neighborhood. I highly recommend this place because it is very convenient, very clean and quiet and with all the necessities. It feels like home. Thanks to Ruby for her clear directions and kindness! I would definitely stay again.

About 15 minutes walk from the train station. But it is a really nice and quiet neighbourhood with great small restaurants nearby. Felt extremely homely too!

Great place to stay, comfortable environment, convenient transportation, high CP value. The house requires climbing stairs, be careful if you have luggage, the host is very friendly😊 Lots of food and attractions nearby, and you can walk to the station ~ Another advantage is that it is very close to Gamagori, making it easy to buy delicious bread. Happy😋 I often come to Tainan to play, and I want to stay again next time ~
