I recently stayed in Michael’s apartment for one night, and I was very impressed! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to parking. Michael was a great host—responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and he provided clear instructions. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the amenities were as described. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant short-term stay. Thanks, Michael!

הדירה משופצת בטעם טוב ומאוד נעימה. הייתה נקייה. מגבות ומוצרי טואלטיקה לכולנו. חצר נחמדה. התארגנו וניקו מהר גם כשהזמנו ממש ברגע האחרון. לגמרי מקום טוב לשהות בו בבאר שבע

Nous avons tres bien etais recus. Moshe est tres amical et serviables pour tout autres services demandes. Nous ne manquons de rien. l'endroit est beau neuf et paisible et beneficie d'une des plus belle vue sur Jerusalem. Moment tres agreable, terrase magnifique avec large panorama, paisible et intime. L'endroit est assez grand et ideal pour accueillir meme 2 familles avec enfants, mais aussi pour couples voulant endroit spacieux et intime. veritable impression de luxe et bien etre. Nous reviendrons tres surement. Merci beaucoup!

Very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean apartment. Michael thoughtfully provided small bottles of shampoo and body wash. Bed was quite comfortable. My son is a student at Ben Gurion U., and I will definitely choose Michael’s apartment when I come again to Be’er Sheva.

L'appartamento di Zion al secondo livello senza ascensore di una palazzina borghese è un bilocale molto bello arredato con grande gusto, e molto pulito. L'impianto di climatizzazione è silenzioso e in inverno riscalda molto bene. La strada è un po' rumorosa perchè si trova in un quartiere centrale, pieno di vita e di negozi. Il letto è comodo, ma nel bagno manca il bidet. Il check-in e il checkout si sono svolti senza intoppi.

השהייה היתה נהדרת, הדירה הייתה נקייה מאוד ונעימה לשהייה, במרפסת בחדר אפשר לראות את הר הבית. יצחק מארח מאוד אדיב, מגיב מאוד מהר ועוזר בכל שאלה.

Great stay. The apartment is in a brand-new building that has a limited number of apartments, all(?) of which seem to be managed by the same company. They have a smooth online check-in process, and you communicate with them via chat, but they are quickly responsive. The apartment was clean, modern, well-equipped, and matched the photos. The location is the best of both - tucked back a bit, so it's private, yet a super short walk to Machane Yehuda or the Central Bus Station. I would definitely stay here agin.

דירת דופלקס רחבה ומושקעת. נקיה ומסודרת להפליא. חצר פסטורלי עם צמחיה, פינת אוכל ונדנדה נוחה לחוית רוגע מקסימלית. הרגשנו כמו בבית מלון יוקרתי. אזור שקט עם מבחר בתי כנסת והרבה גינות לילדים. כל כך נהנינו שהילדים מנסים לשכנע לעבור לבית שמש!

I still had a great stay with the situation of the war breaking out before I left Israel. I appreciate my host assistance and service through that unique and dangerous situation.
