Vacation rentals with breakfast in South Dakota

We stayed at Autumn’s cute home to celebrate our wedding anniversary while visiting South Dakota. Her house was clean, the fenced-in yard was wonderful for our dogs to burn their post-road trip energy, and we loved the hot tub as an amenity. The home is near a couple of our favorite Sioux Falls spots so that made things easier, too! Autumn was always friendly and responded right away when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. Great area within what we were in town for, just of 41st with lots of shopping close by. Had issue with upstairs renter after quiet time (10pm) but a message to host was responsive resulting in a notification to upstairs renter. Home was clean and well stocked, loved the easy access wifi and water/ice dispenser. The extra 1/2 bath was perfect for 4 guests. Thanks for a great stay.

It was a great place to stay. Paul communicated well with us . We were very happy Paul allowed us to have are dogs in side the house . WE are considering going back next year.

My husband and dogs had a great stay at Chad’s house. It was clean and comfortable (description was spot on) and in a nice spot to walk the dogs and get around by car. We didn’t use the little yard much since it rained and was chilly the two nights we stayed, but it would have been a great space to eat outside. The house felt private and was a great stop for us on our 10-day road-trip. Thanks for having us!

We were in town to ski for the weekend. This Airbnb was fantastic for our family of five. The location was great, the beds were super comfortable, and the hot tub was fantastic at the end of the day. The hosts were incredibly responsive and sent multiple communications making sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have been happier and couldn’t recommend staying here more!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Traveled to SD for a wedding and was able to spend quality time with extended family by staying here instead of separately in a hotel. Everyone slept well, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Separate living room downstairs provided an additional hangout space. Highly recommend this host and listing!

The Case Place was hands down one of my favorite places I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at many places. Jodi and Kevin were very gracious and hospitable hosts. Their places was very clean and peaceful. Their suggestions on things to do, homemade cookies, delicious breakfasts, and adorable and thoughtful gift really made this one of my top 3 favorite air b n b's. It was incredibly peaceful and exactly what I was looking for!

Sarah has created a dynamic and comfortable place to restore and relax while you discover all that the Black Hills has to offer. Details such as park passes and a wheeled grocery tote were so very appreciated. The Johnny Cash theme is fun and classy, not cheesy. And the location is perfect—so close to essential retailers, easily walkable to restaurants, bars & shops, and super accessible to Custer State Park and other areas of interest. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Great place for the hunter’s. Lots of room, cozy and quiet.

The place was very quaint and homey. Just the right amount of space for me and my friend to share. The best part was it was within walking distance to our event so we didn't have to fight parking. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. I would stay here again

We had an excellent stay for 2 nights. It was roomy, clean, tastefully decorated and had many thoughtful touches, including snacks, a great coffee selection, full-size fridge, and even the ‘fixins’ for breakfast. Mike was friendly and helpful, and it was very close to everything we wanted to do. Compared to other towns in the area, we were really happy to stay in Hot Springs— it obviously caters to tourists, but didn’t feel overrun at all. Would definitely rebook if we’re in the area again!

The stay was exactly what we needed. We were coming back home from a road trip and need a place to stay for the night. The location was really nice, bathroom was super clean, and the beds were great.

I truly cannot express in words how much I loved this place! I was nervous at first to stay with strangers as a solo female traveler but it was wonderful! Phil and Amy are so welcoming and know everyone’s names! The breakfast was amazing and the scenery is beautiful. It’s a perfect location as well! I felt very safe and welcomed. I will definitely stay here again given the opportunity!! 10 stars

This room is spectacular! My friend and I are so glad that we stopped here. Carrie is an incredible host, so friendly, genuine and helpful! Her and her husband provided so many recommendations and were so knowledgeable about the highlands here in SD. Would jump at the opportunity to stay here again!

I chose this location because of wanting a host to talk to about the area and the breakfast option. She made some sweet tea and coffee for us, and we sat outside talking. The breakfast was delicious. The coffee was already waiting in the upstairs area where guests stay.

Donna took great care of my parents. They are in their later 70s and had a wonderful time at her BnB. They highly recommend her home.

Tom and Mary were incredible hosts! I feel like we hit the jackpot with this booking. The views were breathtaking, the hot tub was relaxing, and Tom's breakfast was incredible! We never had a want or need that wasn't already anticipated by our hosts, and they were so easy to talk to and get along with. I will definitely book here again.

First off Aaron and his wife are super nice folks, they talk to you like you're family. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. The historic house will wow you!!! The location to the main drag and rodeo is phenomenal. If you can't figure it out, Aaron will. 6 out of 5 stars!!!

This place was perfect for our two night stay in the Black Hills area. We are already looking forward to a longer return stay. Location was outside of town and a short drive to Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore, and other area attractions. The B & B was charming, comfortable, and full of history of the area. We had a view of Mt Rushmore from the deck ! The real treasure here is the owner, Marilyn, who is a wealth of information regarding the history of the area. She helped us fine tune our itinerary, made excellent restaurant recommendations, and sat down to discuss driving directions. She even sent us off with homemade scones when we had an early morning departure. Highly recommend !
