South Bimini Ocean Front 1 Bed/With Loft, 2 bath

One bedroom with a loft, 2 full bathrooms and a pull out couch in the living room on the second floor of an ocean front building. The views and sunsets are totally mesmerizing! South Bimini is a slower paced way of life and very quiet. North Bimini is only about a mile a way and a short water taxi ride across the inlet. The Bahamas requires a 12% VAT tax, and AirBnB doesn't collect that. We have to settle that payment another method via PayPal, Venmo or through the Air BNB resolution center.

Holidays higher, inquire for mo. discounts. Direct oceanfront two story condo located at Bimini Sands/Cove. Continuously updated, hi speed net, 55” tv, 2022 appliances, a.c. Bimini Sands is quiet and laid back but 15 minutes via water taxi to casino and 3 restaraunts. Onsite there is a small store and restaraunt owned by the developer. Included is gas grill, beach chairs, mask and snorkel. Pool is 400’ away, private beach is 75’ away. Comp. beach chrs., bring own propane for grill.

Don is an excellent host. He works with the guests and provides clear instructions and details with recommendations for golf cart rental. He responds to your messages and works with you on check in and check out process. Apartment was beautiful and exactly as he described and listed on photos. It is in an excellent location and clean. I will definitely be renting again from Don.

Don’s property was well worth the price. The place was in great condition, clean and well maintained. Plenty of supplies if you wanted to cook. His directions prior to my visit was very helpful, especially since I was traveling for a funeral- he made it less stressful!!! Great place to stay. The views are breathtaking. Place has everything you need for a 6 people stay. Everything went good. Very nice neighborhood, close to north beach which one was beautiful. With a golf cart you’re 10 min drive to Radio Beach, which one was our favorite. Would definitely book again.
