Beach condo vacation rentals in South Beach, Miami Beach

Jane’s place was really great! The apartment had such great views and the location was perfect too! Right next to sunny isles beach and just 35 mins to south beach . The apartment was clean , spacious and the beds were so comfortable! My kids loved the PAC man and Jane bought us donut treats and they loved them too! Thank you Jane 🙏🙏

What a joyous 10 days. So many things to utilise in the property - beach chairs/umbrellas etc. kitchen perfectly stocked. Apartment was clean, tidy and had amazing views. Estilita/Desiree responded to questions immediately and shared all the necessary info well in advance. A really lovely experience all in all. We are very grateful!

We had such a great time staying here on the 18th floor… the view was immaculate! The large kitchen and living room, along with 3 beds and 3 baths, gave plenty of space for the 8 of us, and everything was very clean. It truly felt like the perfect home for us to hang out and make memories. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to Walmart and the beach, which made everything so easy. The host was very responsive and quick to resolve any minor issues, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again… 👍👍👍

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

Daniel was a great host. Easy to talk to and always available when you had a question or needed help. The place was spotless, just as the photos and my family had a wonderful stay. The pool is perfect for the little ones and the beach is just across the street.

The condo was exactly as described, clean and beautiful with all of the described features and amenities. It didn’t feel like a hotel room, it felt like home, and had plenty of room for 4 people. Natalia was proactive in her communications and responsive when we reached out. There were some slight hiccups with the room which she resolved quickly and easily and on our schedule, which I greatly appreciated. Should I travel to Miami again, I would not hesitate to book a property from Natalia at that time. I had fun in Miami and enjoyed staying at this property.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is spacious and clean. It fit 6 of us comfortably. The location is also great 1 block from the beach, close to stores and restaurants and easy to uber anywhere else. Check in was easy and Marla was available and responded quickly to anything we needed. Thank you.

Pictures truly don’t do justice to how stunning this apartment is—or the bittersweet feeling I have leaving it. Nestled in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s vibrant and upscale neighborhood, this place offers breathtaking views of the bay. You can watch boats glide by and soak in the serene, sparkling water right from the balcony. The mix of city energy and calming ocean vibes is unmatched. Easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Jessica is super chill and an amazing host. I’d 💯 recommend!

Patrick was a great host and extremely responsive. The Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and it was in the perfect location.

We stayed for 10 days in late March. the place is in a perfect location, lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores ect. 5 min walk to the beach. The outdoor gym is a 10 min walk, you can get a soild workout in there. they have lots of free weights and benches. nice to work out in the sand. there are also a few gyms in the area. probably around $35 for a drop in. very easy check in process as there is someone at the front desk 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, place was very clean and perfect for a stay on South Beach. The parking garage is very close , 3 min walk from the apartment. we found it safe and easy to get in and out. just be aware that the regular rate is $20 per day or $1 per hour, but we did have an issue where it was closed to the public the day we arrived due to an event. The cost was also $30 per day on the next weekend due to an event. NBD, just something to be aware of if you have a car.

we had an amazing one-week stay at Frost's condo! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and nearby retail shops, making it incredibly convenient. The unit itself was spotless and well-maintained. A few highlights were the spacious patio, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the evening and comfortable king size bed. The heated pool was a bonus, a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sight and sound of parrots in the palm trees was fun. Frost was incredibly thoughtful and kind, providing a port-a-crib, beach chairs, and even tasty Nespresso coffee pods and of course welcome bottle of wine. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Extremely satisfied beyond expectation split image of what the host had posted . Best investment I made in a trip includes having a kitchen, bedroom -2 queen side beds, walking distance to a private beach catering to the condos residence . In addition, they provided kitchen essentials, beach essentials which are umbrella , chairs and children essentials which include a playpen, car seat. Definitely renting again

You cannot beat the location. Beach access behind building and easy walk to south beach restaurants and stores. The place is small yes but has all you need for brief stay - refrigerator, table, TV, stove (if need be). Plenty of towels and access to beach chairs and umbrella. I’d def stay again

What a beautiful time spent here. You don’t need much when you’re in Miami, but for what it has, everything is excellent. A clean shower, a comfortable bed, and a tv for jamz as you get ready for the night. The beach chairs were chefs kiss, nothing like just pulling up to the beach with no worries. And a special shoutout to Debbie who went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. All in all this place is the little engine that could, and definitely did.
