Apartment vacation rentals in South Beach, Miami Beach

We are so thankful to have been able to book this property last minute. Dan was easy to communicate with. The unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. The ocean view was gorgeous. The on location check in process is through the residence desk and they were very helpful. The location is superb - away from the noise of Ocean drive but close enough to walk.

Everything was perfect from check-in. Vick allowed us to leave our bags until they finished cleaning and let us in before check-in time. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything is clean and with everything you need to have the best stay. He provided us with beach chairs and an umbrella that were very useful. The area is the best because you have many places to visit and the beach is very close. I would choose it again without a doubt. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay! And litteraly right in the middle of all the action if south beach , not to mention the beach is only a block away.. highly recommend!!

Responsive, clean, comfortable!

We had a great stay at Jacqueline’s place. I would like to make it known that this is a hotel that also has residential units, which was fine for us but wanted to point out in case someone is looking for a different experience. We were welcomed in the lobby with champagne and given instructions and keys. The place we clean and the bed was very comfortable. This was a great location as it is close to everything in south beach but quieter on the bay side. Everything you could need is a short uber ride away. The pool area is beautiful and has full service. We recommend this great place to stay!

Quick trip for us & such a fun weekend! The room was delightful, upon arrival we were met in the lobby w/cocktails & escorted to our room! (Fancy!) Dinner on site was delicious, short walk away from Oliver’s (incredible everything), pool & service was on point, even made it to the ocean (longer walk but so nice). Coffee in the room, fridge, lots of towels; quick response from the host when I had questions. Just overall a 15/10!! Had an amazing weekend!!

This was my second stay and it was perfect just like my first stay. I travel to Miami Beach for business and this is now my favorite place to stay in Miami Beach. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional like Steven. I've stayed at other places where were no where near as good. Lavish Gem lives up to its name. It's an excellent value. There are plenty of places in Miami Beach that cost as much or more but are of mediocre value. No nonsense pricing. There are no hidden charges (resort fees, etc.). The property is clean, stylish, modern, quiet, and drama-free. Steven takes great pride in his work. IT clearly shows. I look forward to booking it for my next trip to Miami Beach.

This was the perfect condo for a weekend stay in South Beach. His place was super Cute, clean and bright. Roman was easy and quick to communicate with

The perfect location! Espanola way to the right, Lincoln Road to the left, and Ocean drive and the beach two blocks in front. Plenty to see in the area and we felt very safe at night. Lots of bus stations near by so you can walk or take public transportation! Convenient parking deck around the corner for $20 a day, which is cheaaapppp in Miami. The airbnb itself felt very secure, as the main door to the building AND each unit have a keypad entry. The AC worked great and the kitchen & closet spaces were a huge win! This place had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. I will say, it is the perfect size for a solo trip or a couple trip, but anymore than 2 people would be tight. This is the perfect place to stay if you plan to be out and about all day and want a cool, safe, nearby place to stay at night. We loved it! Romain provided local recommendations and was always easy to reach. Check in and check out were super easy. No complaints!! Book this place and enjoy Miami!

Our stay at Adam’s property in Miami was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was clean and exactly as described. We loved the fact that we had a fully equipped kitchen and the peaceful outdoor area with Jacuzzi! Adam was incredibly responsive, kind, and generous with local tips and recommendations. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough to relax and unwind after a day out in the city. We created so many beautiful memories during our time here, and we’re so grateful for the warmth and hospitality. If you’re visiting Miami, this is the place to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and will be recommending it to friends and family!

Really enjoyed staying at this property for my five days in Miami. It was such a beautiful view and exactly what I wanted to experience for my first time. the hosts were great and I will definitely look for them again on my next visit to Miami.

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. We had an amazing stay at the Fountainbleau. The beach 🏝️ views were stunning, and the host was always there to ensure our needs were met. Their exceptional service was truly top-notch - from the moment we arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony, and the nearby amenities were within walking distance. We can't wait to come back and experience it all again! 10/10 would highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay here

We loved both the accommodations and the location of Sylvain’s unit. Located inside the Arya Hotel, the unit was comfortable for two people. Although we didn’t make use of the kitchen, I imagine it would come in handy for those who want to whip up something to eat instead of eating out. I was limited in getting around, due to a broken foot, but was able to still enjoy the surroundings in beautiful Coconut Grove.

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!
